I drove nearly 30 minutes to this location as apparently the order I placed at a different Cousin subs somehow got placed to this location. When I arrived the food I had ordered was just sitting there on a shelf. It wasn't under any type of heat lamp or anything and once I made the trip all the way back home both items I ordered were cold and my sandwich had been made incorrectly even though I specifically said exactly what I wanted in the app. This is happened before on multiple occasions and I am not happy with Cousin's service at all.
I don’t go to cousins often, but when I do I will drive out of my way to this location because the service is always great!
Fast friendly service. Sub was done even before I was finished paying.
Our subs tasted great, there was no scrimping on the ingredients and the service was as good as it gets!

Sad to see the quality go down at Cousin’s. Flimsy little, expensive sandwiches. Also, who puts together a sandwich with half the toppings flopping out the side?! Jersey Mike’s will put them out of business. Wish I would’ve seen the TVs playing Newsmax before I ordered, we would’ve walked out.
