The place needs All the help they can get! And Chuck E. Cheese was terrible for my 4 Year old Granddaughter's Birthday he just basically stood there and did nothing!!! And the service was slow! And they were out of stock with some of the stuff!!!! Help them please there looking for Help!!!!!

The three of us visited on a Saturday at 11am. We lowered food, drinks and the salad bar. The kids loved the pizza and the salad bar was ok - many items had been sitting out for awhile and you could tell. In addition, the lettuce mix needed to be refilled, same with the jello and croutons. To charge $10.99 for unlimited visits isn't a bad thing, there just isn't too much to choose from and what is there should be better taken care of.The employees were friendly and helpful and the games were fun and most of them were up and running. We will def be back!
Food was better than I remember from being a kid, but still not very good. My kiddo had tons of fun playing the games and everything was reasonably priced.
Great time at my nephew's birthday. Loved the games and the 60 min unlimited play really let us have fun.
The hosts were amazing for my niece's first birthday, very responsive to our needs. Kids had a blast! Chuck E. Cheese came out to greet them too! Pure joy all around.
Was having a party for my grandbaby & party was ruined by some unruly guest who was throwing things, jumping on tables, flipping over tables knocking our pizzas on the floor & beating up woman. Kids was scared crying & running it was completely chaos. Should've been offered a refund but no need will never patronize this establishment again. Police was called no one arrested.
The animatronics started coming alive… i’m not sure if it was part of some sick dream or if it was real. I will never be coming to this establishment again for as long as I live. I should have never stayed past closing… I could’ve died.
My daughter had a good time for her first birthday. The birthday deal we had was a good deal. Kids was able to play unlimited for two hours. They hooked the birthday girl with extra tokens and a birthday wrist band. All the kids had a good time. The party was a success. Food was fresh , good and hot.
We were here with my 10 mo son. The birthday party area where we were there to celebrate our nephews bday. I disliked the fact that they told the kids to scream happy bday as loud as they can. I think it's rediculous that i should have to run to the bathroom area to get away from the piercing screaming coming from the bday party. Should really consider the fact that it shoulf be enjoyable for everyone there. Shouldbt have to cover my babys ears. Kinda rediculous....
