I usually don’t complain about small portions but this last order was ridiculous. My burrito was literally half the length it normally would’ve been. I’m not even sure how my burrito was wrapped. I also ordered guacamole and there was barely any. I normally can’t finish a whole burrito but I’m still hungry after eating the whole thing. I’m so disappointed. You’ve gotta do better for what I pay.

I had two bowls to go. Everything was small proportions. I saw the protein was not like other locations- 3/4 of a scoop but whatever. I asked for double and then I get about a 1/4 scoop. I get annoyed. The “manager” whispers to the person to put the scoops front to back because it looks like more. I heard it. Asked for two bags of chips, the total is like $30. I got home and the chips bags are small proportions. About 1/3 less than normal. I will not come back to this location. I can get better steaks/chicken make the bowls myself with more for less. There where literally 15 chips. This location is a ripoff.

I understand every restaurant is understaffed, but none of this made any sense.1. I got there to order my burrito and was told they were only taking online orders (no other customers inside). There was a cook, cashier and someone prepping the food. I don't understand why she couldn't take my order while there.2. Ordered my food and drink cup. I walk over to the fresh lemonade and they are all empty. I ask for refund and they cannot give them to online orders...3. I decided to just get the minute made lemonade instead... got home and it was water.this is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to

I usually come out to this Chipotle because good food and good service. That was not my experience recently. One employee was struggling to make a double wrap tortilla, meanwhile spilling its contents into other ingredients and all over the counter. The employee did not change gloves, wipe counter, or completely change out the pico that she dropped meat into. I was getting a vegan softritas bowl and had to ask for a glove change, and mention that she had cross contaminated the pico. My bowl had so much liquid in it, it leaked through the bag. Most likely will not be returning.

was told they are only taking orders online. doesn't matter that I was standing inline ready to order. they didn't even acknowledge that I was there. real nice

VERY RUDE!!! They told me that i do not have common sense. They also did not give me utensils. How rude!! I had to go to McDonald’s to get some utensils, like what!!

look what I found in the chicken bowl I ordered! disgusting!!! and have been calling them for almost 5 minutes, no one is answering. Really really upset! i am not going to let it go. It has ruined my dinner and as going through morning sickness wasn’t enough, i have been throwing up since i found out stone looking like hard plastic in my food.

Do not order from here, ordered two burrito bowls for delivery, and got no toppings with each of the bowls I ordered. All that came in each were my selected proteins and guacamole. None of the toppings that are in bowls came.

Friendly staff, clean environment, and the food was top notch. Feels like they definitely want good, fresh products!

I love this franchise. However i would love it more if the burrito makers only put things i request on it. Was in a rush and a line behind me made it impossible to request a new burrito
