Chipotle was a good place at one point.Lately it’s been nothing but disappointment.At this location and all other locations.Food isn’t all that great .You get lesser and lesser food every time.The workers look like they don’t want to be there , and you still have to pay close to 15 bucks a meal !I used to recommend chipotle to everyone, I’m not going there anymore myself or recommend this restaurant to anyone.As a matter of fact if someone mentions chipotle I will make sure to let them know about my bad experiences .Sorry chipotle you went from a 5 star fast food place to a zero star never to go to food place . ??
i’m a huge chipotle fan and even worked there for a while and this one really skimmed on the portions. I ordered double meat and guac on my bowl and they half portioned literally EVERYTHING on the bowl. this and aside from the food having no flavor. not good.
Chipotle has been great in so many places I have been at but this is just getting out of hands. This is my second time ordering from here and I still keep getting the wrong toppings. Like it wasn’t bad enough, I get a code from Chipotle that is not useful.
This is my favorite Chipotle location by far. The employees are always very hospitable and are spot on with my order customizations-no need to cross my fingers in hopes that it’s done correctly! Highly recommend this Chipotle for a consistently positive experience.
Employees do not care. Food portions are bad. Ordered two burritos. One was HALF the size of the other one. $8 for guac and chips, the catch is you get the tiniest container of guac and a tiny bag of chips. Its a complete joke. Cmon. Don’t waste your money or time at this place. You can feel the energy of carelessness. Employees walking around dragging their feet with their mouth open like zombies. Steer far away from this location. Use to be awesome a years ago. It’s garbage now.
it’s the worst service ever because they are so effing dull. a bunch of privileged spoiled sheeple kids that don’t understand anything about work ethic. i don’t expect a michelin star experience but these kids can’t even muster up the bare minimum of human interaction and service. they skimp on all the servings, you have to watch them and guide them. since when do the employees not know a decent scoop size per ingredient????some kid making the chicken sneezed and didn’t have his mask on over his mouth the whole time. once i was served a room temperature chocolate milk straight from the cardboard box. and this other kid left my bowl sitting to get cold while he pulled out ramekin lids. seriously corporate needs to get here. i’ve been coming to this chipotle since i was a teenager and it’s the worst it’s ever been. the ONLY thing this place has going for it is the semi decent food for the price.??????????
not sure about the food, we didn't eat here, it was too busy. the 3 stars is for the mens bathroom, it had pee all over the floor.
Always easy to grab my takeout order at this location. Can't speak for all hours, but even on a day they had a special promo the employees work their butts off to ensure fast service!
I think I've reviewed this location before. Lately it has been extremely disappointing and unfortunately this is the only location close to us. We LOVE Chipotle and sometimes eat it 2 times a week. We've been ordering online for quick pick up and the last three times have been a disaster. Once our orders were all wrong which is not good when you have a picky kid. The second last time the portion sizes were so ridiculously small. Again.. we eat here a lot and they were so small it would be laughable if we hadn't spent $50 for the family to eat. The bowls had hardly anything in them. The last time we ordered online, our portions again were ridiculously small. My husband got chicken and he literally, no joke, had 4 pieces of chicken in his bowl. I'm assuming they ran out and just said, whatever... and packed it up. Terribly disappointing.This last time we were going to do Qdoba, but I am not the biggest fan. So the hubby says, let's go to Chipotle and see how our food compares if we order in person. Sure enough, the bowls looked like what they usually do and like they advertise on TV. Not sure where the portion standards have gone but I expect to get what I pay for. If you order online.. beware!! You have been warned!
Tried the brisket it was tasty but prefer the pork for my main flavor.
