First time eating at Chick-fil-A must say it was the most efficient and pleasant staff I ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. Had a chicken sandwich wich was delicious and extremely moist. There sauce tasted good but the ingredients were extremely unhealthy. Will look for other options or eat it without sauce. Sorry but there is just to reason to be adding corn syrup to sauce. Thanks for the pleasant experience and I will be back.
Not pleased. Cobb salad should be advertised as a bed of lettuce because that's all it is. Makes no sense you pay the amount of money for chicken less salad. 3 pieces tossed. The kids in the restaurant working looked like they were having a great time making the food laughing, and I get it but get the orders out and less playing. I wouldn't come back.
The food was hot and fresh, and the wait time wasn't that long even though it was busy. If I had to say one not so good thing, it's that the gentleman that took our order was not very friendly.Gems: Short wait time during busy times and hot/fresh food [still] before closing.
They use to have a ton more help. Now it's slow in the lines again. You have to be willing to wait 25 minutes for food. Lines always take 25+ easily.
This location is always busy. Though, they have curbside pickup down! I would recommend only doing curbside to save you a hassle and the wait... If you don't, you will be stuck there for at least 30mins waiting in line to order and another 10-15 for your food... The chicken is delightful!
Noticed a menu favorite of mine wasn’t on the app, went into the store and they said they didn’t have it but they assisted me in making sure my stay wasn’t short served. I was given an item that lives up to my menu favorite and for that I am truly grateful for the staff that work at this fine establishment.Shoutout to the two managers and red shirt who made sure I got what I came in for and loved!
This place has gone downhill. Their food isn’t fresh, they forget food and they will give you 1 sauce for a $60 order and give an attitude when you ask for more. The Pewaukee location is a lot more friendlier and the food is always hot and fresh. I will no longer go to this location.
Always love their food and their customer service is impeccable. Awesome personalities, fresh food, and hardly ever waiting more than 6 minutes in the drive thru or the inside after you order. The best hands down

My family was forgotten about twice in one visit and our food came out cold. 5 stars because this is my 1st review of this otherwise awesome establishment. I always go to Chick-fil-A one of my favorite places it's always fresh, fast and good. One of my favorite fast food chains. Plus I just love chicken in their macaroni is so good.
