love it. but i DISPISE that they make their employees suffer outside in the cold and intense heat. they always look miserable.and anyone who says "my pleasure" is a gross kind of creepy. please stop making them say that!! its gross
The last 4-5 times they have forgot something or screwed up my order. Missing items, wrong drink, wrong drink size, missing condiments, etc. today I went through the drive through, they took my payment and handed me my drink then asked me to wait in one of the parking spots. I waited for 10 minutes to get a salad. People who were behind me kept getting their food, so I called in to the restaurant and got hung up on, so I went inside. They made my order but I wasted 25 minutes of my lunch hour just trying to get my meal. The manager apologized and said the phone got cut off and provided a gift card. I would rather get what I ask for in a timely fashion then get anything free. I will not be going back, not worth my time or patience after so many issues.My husband and I frequent the restaurant as we live close and have limited time for dinner most weekdays. Overall good service and easy to get through drive through- so I couldn’t give it one star.

We appreciate both the chicken sandwiches and the pleasant service to get them.We went to this location on our way home while running local errands.We ate inside instead of take home. The place was not busy on the day we were there so got lucky. These places can get real busy at dinner time we have found.
What a great meal and a very pleasant atmosphere. Chick-fil-A always boasts the most courteous and polite staff, and each of them serves each customer quickly, and without hesitation. Can't beat Chick-fil-A.Had the chicken tenders with Chick sauce. So good.The drive through staff walking around in their portable booths are worth a stop all by themselves. Hilarious ?
Service and food are always fantastic! I don't know how they train their employees but they need to do webinars on their secret to success. The employees inside are kind and smiling with their eyes, the employees at the windows are kind and enthusiasticly speaking to you, the employees outside taking orders rain, snow, and single digit weather are kind and very helpful... then you add that all up with how busy they are but are still very efficient. They set the standard in service and quality!!!
Went to this Chick-Fil-A restaurant today and last week with my son for lunch and to enjoy the play area. The restaurant is clean and food is good, but the play area with posted age limit is another issue. Both days the play area was not monitored and management was aware of and did nothing to prohibit older about 9-10 year old children running around the play area. This caused a hazard and prevented young children like my son who are intended to use the play area. Hopefully management will fix this situation or I would choose another location if you have young children.
Such wonderful service! The whole staff was working together. Food was great. The nice lady who was cleaning the dining room even got me and my daughter a refill at our table.
We ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches. Two regulars and one plain. We got 3 plains. They mess up orders most of the time. It's always busy on drive thru, I don't even know why... bunch of little moody, unpleasant kids working here...
