I could not believe the restaurant took a 7:45 reservation and turned all of the lights on and practically swept up under our feet at 8:50. Ridiculous. I didn’t say anything there, but you’re better wait until we are done!! They’re supposed to be open til 9:00, then stay open and let us enjoy ourselves. We didn’t sneak in at 8:45. Disheartening 😡

Great menu, lots to choose from. We all enjoyed our meal

Music too loud, can barely heard the waitress or ourselves. Meatloaf was too salty. We did not even get a chance to get a dessert because the waitress never asked she just simply bring the bill

Food was good and prepared quickly. They have a good kitchen. But, upon entering and asking for a booth and having made a reservation several days in advance online, the single girl working at the front desk was miffed that we insisted on a booth, even though all of the booths were empty upon our arrival and it didn't look busy at all. After we were seated, the waitress paid us one visit to take our order, it was delivered by another, and then the original waitress checked on us once and then disappeared and was messing around in the servers alcove. I had to get up and walk across the restaurant to ask for a refill after waiting ten minutes for her to show up, which didn't happen. Another waitress brought the refill. Usually the servers are very attentive. Must have been a bad day. Other than that, the food is generally always very good and I would recommend it for that reason.

This is a sports bar.The food is pretty good. The announcements over the PA system are annoying.

This place is a family favorite! There is something for everyone on the menu. The service was great and we’ll be back!

Service was slow, both server and food took an extremely long time. Food was ok, but fries were cold and couldn't find our server to get new ones.

I usually order the potato skins. They're great! The Champp's Club is a wonderful go-to choice when you just can't decide what you want.

Food and service were very good but after 5:30 pm the noise level increased significantly and made it hard to talk.

First time eating at Champps. We ordered the Potato Skins & Wisconsin Cheese Curds for appetizers. The potato skins came out perfectly cooked, were fairly large sized and had a good amount of cheese & bacon -- the only thing they didn't include was green onion, which would have made these perfect. The cheese curds were disappointing, they were very bland, not a hint of the garlic flavor in the breading like the menu listed. They also tasted a bit stale, almost like they were from a freezer box and just reheated. My daughter ordered the butter noodle with parm from the kids menu. She did need to ask for extra parm because there wasn't much to begin with, but the waitress was happy to accommodate and brought her two different kinds to add. The portion size was very large for a child's meal so this would be filling for even older children. From the regular menu we ordered Mesquite Dry Rub Wings, Wood Fired Salmon, Three Cheese Potroast Melt and Beef Barbacoa Macaroni & Cheese. The wings were a bit too charred for our liking, but the meat inside was juicy and not overcooked. The salmon was also cooked well and had a decent flavor. The Three Cheese Potroast Melt tasted absolutely delicious and came out on perfectly toasted garlic bread. The Beef Barbacoa Mac & Cheese was the star at our table. It was very savory and unique tasting with a perfect little bit of heat to the white cheese sauce.
