I do understand that many restaurants are short-staffed these days, but please take that into account when seating diners. I was close to sending out a search party for our server. We got almost no attention and what we did receive was surly. It's a lovely, favorite restaurant and this was unusual but we expected better.
Server was unpleasant at our table but friendlier with his other guests; maybe he just didn't like us. He also never offered us a dessert menu.
Food was good. Server was good.
Always a great experience here. Older gentleman named Robert is our server last two times and he is wonderful! He provides very fast service even with all the tables he has to work with and is constantly working. Food is always fresh and tasty. Robert keeps tables refilled and serviced literally every 3-5 minutes which is not the case anywhere these days!!
Great service and food.
The food was delicious! Three out of the four of us got chicken Parmesan and one person got chicken caprese and it was all very tasty! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely come to Bravo again!
When we arrived we asked to sit outside, the girl was confused as to whether or not we could. Finally another lady came up and said yes. The 1st girl took us to a dirty table and appeared put out when we asked if she could wipe it off. Although it was happy hour and the email states happy hour can be in the outside terrace, the table where we were apparently was not included. Food was ok- ordered far Diablo- we counted only 5 shrimp in the whole dish. Overall was not impressed. Unlikely to return
Fathers Day
We always have a great time here. Alan is our favorite server. He was wonderful and the food and drinks were great. We'll definitely be back.
