Staff is not customer service friendly. While I was talking, she gave me a, “hold on finger”, then walked in the back for about three minutes. No communication at all. Staff seemed overworked or upset about being at work.
Bought pretzels from this place 3 times in one week this year. Honestly it’s disappointing. The pretzels aren’t baked all the way and you can taste the raw dough. The way I see it, there’s more pretzels being made than the quality of the pretzel. That’s how you know it’s bad. It has to be quality over quantity.If you want better, tasting pretzels and don’t mind the drive. Go to Auntie Anne’s at south ridge mall.

Employees were really nice. I went there on Wednesday evening while waiting for my work to get done. I was really tired and bored and just needed something light and refreshing. There was a girl who helped me with choosing the right drink and I must say she saved my day.

It is an average Auntie Anne's. You come for their good tasting pretzel. You can watch them make it but I think they deliberately do it slowly since they do not have a lot of traffic. Customer service is "meh" but I can live with it since I am only here for the pretzels.
Employees ignored us when we went up to order. They were pretty rude. Too busy talking with the mall security guard.
