I’m from Seattle and we have hundreds of great Asian restaurants to choose from. On my frequent trips to Milwaukee I rarely go for Asian because one usually gets some heavily Americanized Asian dishes that I don’t prefer. My mom wanted to go here and the strip mall location didn’t seem promising but I don’t say no to my mom. I was very pleasantly surprised that it was very fresh vegetables rapidly stir fried with tender beef in a perfect marinade and served piping hot. The menu choices are pretty standard fare. While you can dine in (we did) there’s only two tables and they clearly prefer takeout (even though we dined in it was served takeout). Asian Chef is a refreshing alternative to the typical canned vegetables fake Asian usually seen around here.
The first time I ordered delivery, I waited half hour past my expected delivery time before I was contacted to tell me that there was no driver. It was a struggle to then get a refund. We decided to try again. Food was delivered about 20 minutes later than expected but things happen. The egg rolls were TINY for the price. All of the food was super bland, no flavor. We all agreed we won't be back.
The restaurant has changed for worse over last two years. Food quality and flavor. Egg rolls very greasy and poor quality. Used to be a favorite but no more.
We order here all the time. Food is good and hot when we get it. The prices are reasonable for the amount you get. I usually can make 2 meals out of the combination platters. I've never had a problem with my orders and they always prepare it quickly.
Go here whenever I can. Love it. Sesame Chicken.... ..Spicy
Terrible! Processed peas, carrots and onions in the supposed egg foo yung! No flavor in the fried rice, food was very bland.

Good food, good service
I have ordered food from here on several occasions and each time has been great. I was able to order my food and have it ready by the time I arrived to pick it up. The staff are friendly and the food is amazing. I like that they are a protective barrier in place for the staff and customers. I love their steamed chicken dumplings, and chicken rice soup. Their prices can not be beat and the food is amazing.
