A Karen stole my door dash order!2 items was missing from my order and I called Karen (which is actually her first name) and she states she will go back to get it. She called me back and said it will be 10 mins and that’s the last time I heard from her! First she delivered to the wrong door and didn’t even want to come to my door at first to deliver my food. I expect she stole the items or was too lazy to go back to get the items. Also this Wendy’s lied about me having an order though doordash saying she did not see it on there system when I have the receipt. There’s no care with these people or restaurants that’s why I’m looking forward to self driving cars and delivery drones so it’s nomore of this human error.
Went there earlier, just realized in all the chaos of ordering and talking to my DIL and granddaughter, I didn't get my $15 change back. I called and the manager Jenny said They are going to count the young ladies drawer that checked me out and she called me back a few minutes later to tell me that her drawer was $2 and some change short so she knew that she did not have my $15........ That tells me nothing except that I probably just saved her from being $17 short on her register. I know I didn't get my change. I gave her 41.77 to get back 15 for a 26.77 bill.
This location seems to have a hard time finding quality employees... there was 3 people working this time... one cooking, one working the drive thru which was obviously exhausted but still very nice... the other was on his talking on the phone at the front counter... the line was forever long due to the fact the 3rd employee wasn't helping.
The food was fine, the service not so much.I ordered curbside pickup about 20 min before I arrived. After I arrived, I still had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. It would have been faster to go through the drive-thru.I won't be ordering curbside pickup again. It may be awhile before I return to Wendy's at all.
Hair in my fries, which were cold and not fresh as their sign says they would be. Also purchased a Double Stack.. it was mediocre af too. Needs new management if you ask me.
Workers were rude. Service was slow. I literally stopped in town over the weekend for meetings and had to eat there twice do to the town shuts down early and it's the only thing open. Which is normal and expected for smaller towns but if I have to come back l would just not eat if meetings run that late.The two time I had to order food through the drive through the order was wrong when I got back to the room.Now I see why Culver's was so packed all day long.
stopped at your restaurant in Beloit Wi on Milwaukee rd. on 10/30/21. We had a coupon for 2 combs for 10 bucks and another coupon for a free jr frosty. When I gave the person the coupons and my card they charged me 18.01. He took the receipt back and then gave me a receipt for 15.59 and 2.42 in cash which was still to much. I got home and found out he still charged my bank 18.01 and still never got the free jr frosty.
Got the spicy chicken. Good fresh. Wish everything at once could be fresh. Baconator is so so.. And the breakfast one! But I like they're open late on the weekends. Us third shifters appreciate it.
Always busy, but always slow and constantly making the food wrong and not always the greatest attitude. The store manager Jenny is a rockstar and will happily help fix the issues but the issues can happen frequently
Long line at drive through. Food was okay. Manager and food delivery driver (car in front of me) got into a screaming match - which got really ugly. Not a great experience for your customers.
