If I could rate this negative stars I would. The employees are incompetent and the managers could care less one way or another. I'm not sure who it was I dealt with but I was over charged 60 dollars for my food and they refused to give me my money back even after I had proof I was charged wrong. They must've had a glitch in their system or someone was just trying to line their pockets. They said I wasn't charged and I have proof I was. I will never come to this taco bell again.
They always have a meal deal whether it's a $5 box or a $6 box. They have the crunchy chalupa which is amazing I would say definitely hold off on putting lettuce on them. Chipotle chicken burrito is also really good it has a small kick to it nothing bad. If you're going to need a Taco Bell you got to have the fire sauce it is got a nice hot flavor.
I gave a star but really want to give a zero. Just went to the restaurant and after waiting for the associate to attended 3 cars in drive thru. I asked for assistance. The person said I had to wait until he attended everyone in the drive thru line for me to get attended. When I complained, he started yelling and asked me to leave the restaurant because I was not going to be attended. He even threatened to call the cops if I didn't leave. Other customer dinning in even told me "just leave, a taco is not worth all this". I am very disappointed of the lack of customer service and how disrespectful the person was, when all I politely asked was to be attended.
Everyone was welcoming as you walked into the restaurant. All smiles and pretty fast.
I used to hate visiting this location, but I'm happy to say that they finally got some good help here. Nice staff, with good food.
Always fast and friendly! Great 24 hour option if you are in the are. Clean, well organized.
After working all day my husband went to taco bell on Milwaukee in Beloit. He ordered 2 chili cheese Burritos. When he got home with them, they were actually a taco shell with very little cheese sprinkled in them. I think a 3 year old would have known better than this! Another place we won't go to again.
Ordered food about 6:50pm, ordered 2 crunch wraps, a chicken Quesadilla add potatoes and sour cream. 5 tacos and an order of nachos. I was charged 34 dollars and only got maybe 20 worth. Didn’t get the quesadilla or the tacos. Tried to call and no one answered and still refuse to answer. This location is a joke. I will be calling their corporate store
Fast service but cold food. This is my chicken quesadilla.
The cashiers at the drive through was entertaining giving us their take on what the best meal was service was quick and food was delicious.
