4 years ago I gave this place a four stars. This place is declined ever since. It's gotten so bad you don't even want to go here anymore. You drive through time will be about 30 minutes. They will forget your food. Management is rude. The inside is just trashy looking now. Bathrooms are dirty. If you're going to sit there at the counter and wait for someone you might as well bring your phone in because it's going to take a while
I have been going here for a while and it still doesn’t seem to change I got my order with all broken tacos and was already cold like they let it sit out I’m very unsatisfied with this Taco Bell and don’t recommend it to anyone.
They have opened in store dining. Had a water main break earlier with the deep freeze and then a thaw. All fixed up. Had the chicken w/avacado sauce. Very good!!!
I've been through this drive thru several times and it always takes forever to get orders placed. I know everyone is dealing with staffing issues but 17 minutes to get through a drive-thru is ridiculous
This place should be shut down.... I am so tired of getting wrong food thru the Drive Thru and thru DoorDash.... spent 35.00 with doordash just now to feed family and of all the items they sent the one thing right was the drink...The driver looked like an escapee from a prison, he smelled, dirty dressed person...]I called doordash and got no where with them as their customer service team cannot even speak english properly...The management experience I have had in making contact with them, rude, condescending and unprofessional...I have promised each time that they will never see me again...but my kids love their foodseems thier issues are mostly evenings and weekends
Wanted to share some info with people that are expecting to be able to dine-in at the Riverside Dr. Taco Bell in Beloit, WI. Was THOROUGHLY DISGUSTED with this Taco Bell earlier today. Found out again that their lobby was closed. This, coming after I was told last week by their "area coach", that their lobby would be open this past Thursday(2 days ago). I met with her face to face in the past week and was told this. I hate to say it but it appears to me that I was lied to. This has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants to dine-in. Not sure if I will ever patronize this location again!! There was a sign that was posted on the door in late November that stated that their lobby was closed for "maintenance". Sounded a bit strange to me. That turned out to be another lie. Do not understand why a business can't be honest with people. I found out, quite accidently, when I did enter(door was not locked) that the REAL reason for the dining room being closed was because they were interviewing for jobs and was currently "short staffed". It would have been nice if the real reason had been given. The lobby of this Taco Bell location has now been closed for 2+ months. I, personally, do not like drive through. In fact, when I was leaving the parking lot in the past half hour, I saw another customer try to enter and was turned away. I would venture a guess that that has happened many times in their 2+ month dine-in closure. When I went up to the drive through speaker, I was told it "may" be another 2 weeks before the lobby opens. Seems to me that there is a huge communication problem here. In any case, I will now take my business to the other Taco Bell in town that doesn't seem to have a staffing problem. Just thought that people in town and travelers might like to know the REAL reason for the dine-in still being closed.
Every time we go there they are closed super early! We went there the other night at about 9:30 p.m. and the manager was speaking to me through the drive-thru. Telling me how they are out of almost everything just really unhappy with my experience.
Last 2 time I have gone to this TB, order has not been right.First time completely wrong order.This time did not have everything in the bag.Go home both times before I found out. Had to drive back to get the orders corrected.They waist my time and money.And people say these businesses should pay more. We need to drop the minimum wage and teach them they have to work their way to better wages.
Placed a mobile order at 10:30 pm. App said they were open till 12 am. Showed up and sat in drive thru for five minutes, no answer. Pulled up to window and was given several hand gestures to "Go away. We're closed." FINALLY got a manager by honking and explained that I had already placed an order and paid for it. Was told "Well it shouldn't have" and "It'll probably refund it" and then had the window closed on me and all the other people waiting in drive thru. Still have not received my "probable" refund.
Sadly this location is closed more often than open maybe one day they'll have the right management to keep employees. Nothing worse than driving 6 miles to find out they closed before actual closing hours. I suggest going to the Milwaukee rd location they are at least open when they're supposed to be
