Most of the staff are very nice, helpful, great personalities etc. I thought Bekka was extremely personable and was just great. But the very next day Jorie the manager is taking drive thru orders and is very aggressively assertive. Which I guess you may need to be that way in some environments, but not at Starbucks. When I get to the window I ask Chance for the name of the person taking the orders and he says he is not allowed to give out workers names. So I say, but you all have name tags on, at which he laughs. And again asks if I want to speak to a manager and says he doesn’t feel comfortable giving out anyone’s name. So I say yes. Then Jorie comes to the window and says “What’s the Problem”? So I ask if she was the one taking orders and she says yes. And again ask’s me what’s the problem?? Which I feel is not the way to approach someone who is
Our drinks were perfect from here. This was one of the first times I didn't have to sweeten my drink.

Wouldn’t let me order in store though the place is open and the doors unlocked.Slowest drive through line I have ever been to in my entire life. Five baristas in there, each car taking almost ten minutes. I’ve lost my mind.Beware!!
Recently I had a good experience here. Service was prompt and they seem to have most ingredients back in stock.They did not have their outdoor seating out, which was a disappointment since it was a pretty day! I hope they bring it back.
While I absolutely love the workers here, I have to admit, my drinks have been subpar lately. I used to always get the americano with sweet cream cold foam, but recently it has been extremely watered down. I decided to stop at a Starbucks in Machesney Park this weekend and got a shaken espresso - loved it! So this morning, I tried it at the Beloit location....not even like I got the same drink. It tastes like a drink that was left to sit and all the ice melted. I wish their drinks weren't so watered down :(
What. In. The. World. This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever gone to and I didn't even get coffee.. never made it to the ordering screen. I waited in line (with 4 cars ahead of me) for at least 10 mins. It was probably longer.. no exaggeration. It was 4:30pm on a Tuesday. I left.
Latte was less mediocre and hot chocolate left more to be desired given long wait..perhaps this branch was already thinking ahead to Super Bowl Sunday.
Cannot make even basic drinks. Bad attitude adds to the experience
Always busy and way too long of a line. If you want coffee from this place, be prepared to wait for an hour in drive thru or a half hour for walk in.
