This place use to be really good but I don’t know what happened it has gone down hill recently. The past few times I’ve been here, they never have all of the ingredients/ toppings that they should have prepared, the drink machine is never filled with anything. I went around 11:30 in the morning this previous time and they didn’t have certain things ready although they have been open for an hour, my 3 cheese nacho bowl I got was literally Ice cold, the chicken and cheese sauce ice cold. Every time I come back I hope it was just a bad timing last time, but it seems to just be getting worse.
I gave them a Two star rate due to the chips being stale and I called to let them o ow they were stale and I didn’t get a answer on the phone I understand a rush hour and things may happen . And the customer service isn’t there either! The lady who took my order had an attitude and seemed upset with me asking for extras as if I wasn’t going to pay for it and she kept rolling her eyes which is very disrespectful to do towards a customer.
I offer this location 5 stars due to Garret, the manager. I went in one evening for a vegan burrito but got a bowl instead. The young lady that served me was rather rude and I upchucked for hours afterwards due to my food allergies from food contaminants. He offered me a meal on the house and that more than made up for the initial visit. I had absolutely no stomach upsets on my return visits and the flavor of the vegan options are wonderfully delicious! Thank you!
It can be hit or miss with what ingredients are available on a given day. I've been in more than once to find they didn't have any sauteed vegetables or their soda machine was broken.
One of my favorite placed to eat! Service is good, staff are friendly, can get to be a wait w online orders when you walk in....
I can only give this two stars because of the way the staff acted. The person I dealt with didn't have a name tag and she didn't give me a receipt, so I'm not sure what her name was. She seemed very irritated that I decided to get food from their restaurant, and didn't appreciate me asking questions about the toppings. This person definitely shouldn't be working in customer service.
This Qdoba branch rocks! My orders are put together right, they have a drive through, and the staff are awesome! I'm a repeat customer, and many of the staff know me by name due to the frequency of my visits. Garrett Reeves, in particular, is always kind and helpful when I go through the drive through. He is the server I get 90% of the time when I stop by. His punctuality and friendliness are one of the reasons I prefer this branch over the one in Janesville. Keep rocking, Qdoba Beloit!
The burrito wasn't rolled well and the ingredients just weren't good. The vegetables were cut way too big and has little flavor the corn salsa tasted like nothing at all.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Sunday night after Thanksgiving they even walked over to make sure everything was good and gave us a couple cookies. They walked over later to let us know their catering was open again too, which didn't affect us out of towners traveling through, but they took care of us with professionalism.
The management and the staff are amazing and make this one of our favorite Qdoba locations to frequent. Garrett leads an amazing team! We're always greeted in a friendly manner, our needs and requests are always taken care of, and the food is always fresh and amazing. Way to go guys, thank you!
