Denied me service. I called on the phone to place a delivery and the driver simply chose not to deliver because he "didn't believe me". His explanation was due to the fact I told him to deliver to my job and apparently that was suspicious in some way. After this they told me to either pay up front or hang up. I had to drive all the way over to the restaurant with my boss to pick up my order (which was extremely late by the way!) And clear things up. Afterward I asked what reasoning did they have to claim me as a sketchy person and the manager said because my name was Aaron. Honestly I left light hearted after the mix up but then when I opened my food I was a bit disappointed again because the bread was actually very hard, then my boss and I noticed the wings where extremely burnt. I want to give a honest review so I will say the manager was very understanding and nice about the situation. The pizza with the supreme toppings I had ordered along with the rest of the food was actually very good and I'd recommend to anyone. I guess you could say it was the service I had a problem with.
They really going down downhill they just be a really good for their calzones but not anymore I need to step up the quality I put more meat inside of the calzones
Wow that beef calzone recommended by Isabella was for real really good. And she's a hard worker. Did I mention she recommended me the beef calzone???? She also put me on to Prime Time (I had never heard of prime time before...) Isabella is your hardest worker there, Dan. I must say I think she deserves a raise. I know if I owned prime time I would give Isabella like i don't know $20 an hour maybe. Nothin' much for a big corporation like Prime Time. Did I mention that Isabella is really cool as well and has a cool dog? Well yeah she does his name is Simba and he's really cool too he's like 5'11" when he stands. Yeah you should hire him too he's cool. Anyways thanks Isabella and Prime Time.
Not the very worst pizza I've ever had but a close runner up, it's been going down hill for a while with me and I don't think I'll ever order a pizza from here again, the toppings taste like the came out of the trash can , watery and soggy.
Drove all the way from Texas to try their pizza.....WOW! The drive was worth it. D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S! VERY friendly and great service.

Great pizza, service, and delivery. I don't understand all the negative comments here. I have been ordering from Prime Time for years and have never had any issues.
Prices are out of control, used to be a great value. Quality has gone down, and flavor. They are providing the minimum and charging for better.
