Ordered online and didnt recieve part of our order. Delivery driver said I'll be right back with that. An hour goes by and nothing, we call and the manager says he'll send someone with our order. Nothing. Order again a week later and explain the situation and they overcharged me for what was supposed to be on the deal and then claim the deal no longer exists when it's on the website. Poor customer service and the pizza itself was terrible.
It was our worst experience ever going there we were seated and ask her drink order then it took forever for our waitress to come to the table and when she did she brought the wrong drinks then she took her order and brought out our appetizer but we had no plates or silverware so my husband went and got some because she never came back then she brought out a pizza but it wasn't ours so she took that away it was just over all the worst experience ever we asked for a Banks to take home the remaining Pizza and our bill and she said the bill will be upfront okay our waitresses name was Chloe and in my opinion she she even calls herself a waitress it was the worst experience I've ever had with a server two thumbs down not impressed at all and very disappointed
So tired of wrong hours listed. Went to eat inside at 7:45pm and was told dinning room closes at 7. Why?? Absolutely stupid.
Great pizza! Always topped with fresh ingredients! Excellent Que Papas, pastas & chicken wings! Super wait staff and top notch managers. I have been ordering from the Pizza Hut location on Praire Avenue in Beloit for over 27 years and will continue to do so! Thank You! E. Torres
Love their pizza. Ordering online was easy and order was ready fast and accurate.
Worst experience ever!!! They messed up our order. The manager was rude as hell. The delivery driver cussed us out and told us to get over it. Acting like we made it up. Complaining back to so called manager he cussed us out and said never call them again. Well Pizza Hut not a problem. Never will I eat or order thier again. We are now afraid to eat to the pizza we hot delivered.
Not a store specific issue, but annoyed that when buying wings you’re charged for a dipping sauce. Everywhere else includes some.
Short on staff, so we had to wait quite a while before we could order. However, the pizza was great!

This place was way better back in the day. Pizza Hut is not the same overall as it was 25 years ago
