Really good pizza not bad prices too check em out if your out of towner and want good local pizza remember they don't open til like 4pm
Fantastic Pizza. Very cheesy. They do not skimp on the toppings. Reasonable prices and reasonably fast delivery. I would recommend them to family and friends.
Just ordered tonight and they forgot some food.....the last two times before tonight's order they have forgotten food and then it takes a whole hour to get your food they forgot ?
This establishment has the worst service I have ever received in my life. I thoroughly explained how I like my pizza's to be cooked with the cheese dark brown in most spots/ well done. When I received the undercooked pizza I stated that I would not like the pizza and would need it to be cooked correctly. The owner came to the window and blamed me stating that I should have told the lady that took my order that I wanted the pizza to be Well done well done. I figured if I explained how I like my pizza she would translate that into their language but this was obviously not the case. I also don't understand how saying something one more time would correct the undercooked issue with my pizza. They will never get any service from me moving forward.
Palermo's isnt what it used to be.I have always loved their pizzas, especially the cheese they used. But Now, they have changed their cheese product and their sausage product. Sausage doesnt look or taste real. They didnt inform us of any change in their products. If they mess up your pizza, or order, the owner refuses to replace anything for you. The supervisor was nice and polite when i ordered. When i called back for a complaint, she was rude, sarcastic, and tried to cut conversation short. Offered to credit my pizza, and when i said i wanted it now, she said hold on (put me on hold four times to go speak to Peter, the owner), came back to phone and said she could only give me $2.00 credit.THIS PLACE HAS WENT DOWNHILL!!!They changed to cheaper , poor quality products, YET expect me to pay the same price or more for lower quality,service and meals. This place WAS a 5 star rating , NOW its a1 star. Owner is cheap and wont credit you for their mistakes. When you're giving the public a service, isnt it supposed to be CUSTOMER SATISFACTION???

Food is very delicious one of the best in town but the employees there are so rude to the point where i dont even want to enjoy this delicious pizza especially this one young lady who works there answering the phones shes very rude had no manners and interrupted me more than once rushed me the whole time and as soon as she picked up the phone you can tell there was a Attitude during my order and her whole demeanor over the phone is not someone i wanna give my money to very disappointed Palermos
If there was a no star they would have gotten that I will never order again very rude customer service and horrible food

Holy MOLDY! Moldy cannolis got me sick super quick. I was lucky I take photos to review food and was able to have proof but unfortunately I ate it all the way until the bitter mold made me throw everything up. I’m so disappointed. I’ve eaten here 20+ times with no issues but this is unacceptable. The cannolis were very moldy and it was initially disguised by the chocolate chips. The chicken parm sandwich was completely soggy. Every bit of bread and breading on the chicken was soggy and soft. The fries were not fresh. Way past overdone, yes somehow still soggy. My wife ate half of a Gordita before we found the mold in my food and called it quits. I was so sure this location would be a 5 star review but I wish I could give it zero. My first review that’s gotten me sick. ??. I DO NOT recommend this establishment and if you must try it, eat at your own risk ⚠️❌⛔️
