Called my order in, went to pick up. There was no order there. Had to reorder and wait for specialty pizza which was just a Ham & Cheese pizza. The other pizza was a sausage & Pepperoni. Which the person who took my order thought were two separate pizzas. Only wanted two pizza's paid for three. When the person who I think was the manager tried to get me a refund the register wouldn't work. So I just left trying to get the pizza home still warm. It's a shame that this location is this way. When we lived in Janesville we would eat Little Ceasars 3 or four times a month. I wish this one ran better. Miss little Ceasars nights.

Ordered pizzas Sunday April 10th online. Credit card was charged and processed. Upon arrival, business was closed, opening at 2pm due to running out of cheese. After 4 calls this week from me, I have yet to talk to store manager regarding a refund. Today is April 16th. Reading other reviews on here, not sure how they stay in business. You would think that Little Caesars would not want their name attached with whomever is running that store into the ground.

Very poor staff, stood there for a while, staff seen me there walked by like 4 times then finally got service with a nasty attitude. If the staff dont like their job then quit, dont take it out on the customer. Its to bad i have to give a 1 star rating because its not even a star rating to me.

5 min inside the store and no one even ask me what i need.They just pass around like they don't want to take my order.Will never come back.

Placed an online order, went to pick up, had to wait in line 20 mn. Get to window and they say they didn't make it because they had no deep dish and no crazy bread. I asked for a refund, since I got no food, was told they couldn't do it (Although this has happened 2x before and I was refunded right there) tell me to call tomorrow to talk to manager. Call the store the next day, no "Hello" when answered, just "hold please" they literally set the phone down, I can hear everything including the 3 times they said "she's still holding" as I was on hold for 35 MINUTES! I hung up and tried to call back several times that day. Every time I got a message that the mailbox was full, so they either never picked up the phone or they turned off the phones after I hung up. Never got my $35 refund, this place is horrible. I would give ZERO stars if that was an option.

This place is a joke, missed a quarter of my daughters birthday party because they somehow missed a 9 pizza order. Been waiting here for almost 30 minutes now. They told need 3-4 minutes 15 minutes ago

Came here two times this week first time asked for a pepperoni pizza with breadsticks and got a BURNT pepperoni pizza came here the 2 time witch was today asked for a pepperoni and breadstick they gave me a Sausage pizza and for both times it was around a ten minute wait don’t really go by the “hot n ready” line they advertise because it is still a pizza place but ten minutes was to much i just don’t know what’s happening with little caesars anymore it would always be my go to spot.

We have been going through the drive thru every Monday night after a class and it’s been taking longer and longer. Tonight I decided to order early ahead of time through the app and selected to pick up my order via the pick up window vs going inside since I have a little one in a car seat. My order was scheduled for 6pm. I waited in the drive thru an hour total, half of that time was spent at the pick up window being IGNORED. I finally went in, where the employee told me not to tap on the window at the drive thru. Seriously…. We had an appointment at the window at 6pm. It was now 7pm. You’re just going to ignore my request for acknowledgment?? Not answer the knocks or even the phone?? Then when I went in the boy working asked my name and said he knew I had an order sitting there for 6pm… so wait, he knew this and still ignored me at the window?? What in the world!! The pick up window is disgusting as well, I don’t think it’s ever been cleaned. Im not sure why I continued to go there, just convenience and price I guess. Plus having teens and with the way the world is right now, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I didn’t want to be that person. Tonight was the last straw though and corporate will be hearing about my experience.

Do not even attempt to dine/drive thru. Waited 1.5 hours for food. Ordered ONLINE and showed up at pick time. Waited in drivethru (cause they never have lobby open) for and hour. 20 mins of that was sitting at the drive thru window not being helped. They walked by plenty and saw I was waiting. Never once did anyone stop. Called the location. They didn't answer 4x. I opened the drive thru window and asked for assistance. To be told to pull up my food still had 6 mins left. Another 15 mins later as they were bringing another customer food, who was also asked to pull forward, he stopped by car and said my food was done. To wait another 5 minutes for them to bring out 1 pizza. Not my pizza. And didn't have the rest of my order. 'Ya we lost your ticket'. Asked for refund. Waited 2 minutes with no return of receipt/refund. They attempted to then lock the front doors. Unreal. And yes I have contacted Corporate office already.

Waited in drive thru for an hour. Ordered online and came at pickup time (which was an hour after I ordered) to still wait 45 minutes. no one answers the phone. no one came to the drive thru window for 25 minutes till I opened the window and got someone's attention. they walked by plenty of times and saw I was waiting. mind you there was a line of 4 cars behind me and 3 in front of me who were asked to pull ahead. just don't open and take orders if you don't want to make food and help anyone. unreal.
