We ordered sandwiches to the hospital and waited over an hour. The Big John had nearly NO lettuce, one piece of meat and 3 sad little tomatoes, for a sub it looked like it was ironed. Another nurse ordered and paid for added bacon, not on sandwich. For $7.58 the Big John looked more like a trucker sat on my sandwich. Sad ? Subway will be our choice from now on.

Stopped in for lunch here and was in and out in a flash. Friendly and fast. Great atmosphere. will continue to come here.

I feel like they make my order wrong on purpose. Called to ask for replacement sandwich and the worker has an attitude like I'm bothering her because she's trying to closed. I ordered over an hour before closing time, but I guess that's my fault. Don't waste your hard earned money here.

I called before 4 pm to order. The "lady" put me on hold for 7 minutes. I thought maybe something was wrong with their phone, so I called back. She answered again and angrily just said, "I need you too hold." I hung up. Love their subs, but I may not go back now. Sorry she was having a bad day but they just lost a very loyal and frequent customer!

We made a group order for work today, and apparently some of the orders hadn't gone through for some reason even though two people had already paid online. The lady working was so rude. I told her the name and she said she didn't have it, so I asked her if she could check the confirmation number. She raised her voice to me and just kept saying she didn't have it and wouldn't check anything. I paid with Google pay on my work computer and mine was one that hadn't gone through. She did say that happens sometimes. OK, fine, whatever I'm the person picking it up, so I'll just pay with my card, and luckily I hadn't been charged. My coworker also paid online, only she did get charged and hers was the other one that didn't go through. So I had to pay for hers as well as mine. After the lady kept saying she didn't have the order, I asked her if I could reorder them, and she ignored me then went back to making sandwiches for another group order. I completely understand that sometimes things don't go through for whatever reason, and I can also understand that you're busy. I'm more than patient and don't mind waiting if I need to. But the tone that this lady was using with me, there was no excuse for. Busy or not, you don't need to be rude to people and snap at them and then disregard what I'm asking when I tell you I've got a confirmation number that everything went through. Respect goes a long way, and if you give me yours, then I will give you mine. But I will not be returning anytime soon if this is going to be the attitude of the employees.

I ordered online and one of my sandwiches came with NO MEAT on it. I texted the delivery driver and she said “you have to understand it’s our busiest time of the day” so i proceeded to call the store and was put on hold 10 different times and finally the MANAGER answered the phone and RUDELY swore up and down that she made the sandwiches herself and she did put meat on them.. trying to blame this on me. I will never order from here again!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Got the lunch box 2 time and it came with 3 pieces of ham that’s pretty sad, very disappointing
