We only live a minute away from culvers, We don't go there much though because if the line is outrageous and zigzags down the road, I will not wait. So today at 5 o'clock we went there and there was one person in line so we decided to go we got a 2 pc fish dinner with curds instead of slaw and my husband got a malt and I got 2 scoops of ice cream with hot fudge and strawberries it costs us $21.49. They did not give us our ice cream 1st and we were asked to pull ahead as usual, we literally sat there for 15 minutes waiting for our food and when she finally brought it out my ice cream was completely melted and when I said something to her all she said was we have a lot of people insde and I said really that's it my ice cream is melted and you're not gonna do anything about it and then she said would you like a new one and I said yes please. However I don't even think I should have had to ask it should have been given to me right away if they were not going to going to give me a fresh one.

This location is basically the same as most other Culver's. It does get very busy for lunch and dinner, so parking gets pretty tight, and the drive thru can get a bit backed up. But remember they are making your meal fresh as ordered, so have patience. The crew members are always very pleasant and curtious. I've never had a problem with the food, always very good. Culver's does a really good job with their fish, and you can't beat the root beer and shakes, and the custard is always top notch.

Excellent Culver’s locations in Beloit Wisconsin close to the highway for good road trip access. Very friendly warm staff and all of the typical Culver’s food options. Would certainly recommend this Culver’s location

My kids saved up their 10 scoopie tickets to get a toy. They were very excited. Went up to the register and was told they were too busy and come back another day.Burgers and corndog were burnt. Had to clean off our own table.

Half the time I come here they mess up my order and it always takes forever, even if it’s not busy. A few times when I’ve gone up to address mistakes or a burger taking an hour (yes this actually happened a few months ago) the employees have been rude and the managers have been unhelpful.

Horrible service, waited in line for an ungodly amount of time, they got multiple aspects of my order wrong and when I told them what was wrong with my order the young lady at the window just said "Ooops, sorry" apathetically instead of replacing the items of my order that were incorrect. I will absolutely never being doing business with them again and I suggest you never do.Also, if you are considering working here, just know their employee practices are discriminatory. I have a buddy who works here right now and they made him shave his face completely (only a mustache is allowed) and cut his hair (they won't even let him have it below his ears at all!) while they let the female employees have as long hair as they wish. Also the pay is less than ideal; I'm pretty sure they start at $10 or $11 per hour.

Went through the drive thru. Thought the wait was going to be very long but it was very speedy. I was so nervous because I had forgotten to add something to the order but at the window they added it no problem and were very polite about it

Moved to New Mexico three years ago. Been craving Culver's since I moved. Came back to Illinoisfor a short trip, had to get Culver's! Was perfect. Please open a Culver's near Albuquerque!!!!

Great Fast service, and the chili was delicious.

I ordered a pint of Lemon Crumble and it was so grainy that I had to throw it out. We also ordered 2 Culvers deluxe singles and nine didn't have tomato on it. Not too happy with the meal especially since we drove in from Darien
