Whomever the gentlemen was working the drive today was awesome. You can tell he loves what he does.
They got my order wrong, so instead of telling them they messed it up, I went back and ordered what i wanted to begin with. The girl at the druve thru had an attitude. The two stars are for the very polite guys that brought out the food.
Lobby was closed so this man that worked there told me I could walk up to the drive through,he took my order and also got my food all with keeping a smile and being very friendly.The 5 stars was because of his service
Rude employees told us to “leave my drive through” after they told us they were out of a product. They were very unprofessional. Drove to the window and they were standing doing nothing. Stop hiring little kids that don’t know how to talk to people!
The inside is closed to the public so when you order in the drive thru they park you immediately in the front just so they get good times. Then I had to wait 20+ minutes for food. Along with 4 or 5 cars in front of me. Will not be coming back, this is supposed to be fast food!
Do NOT go to this Burger King, the first time, I shook it off...2 days ago we were the only car in drive thru plus 2 in the parking lot. Another car pulled up after I was told to please hold for 5 min and they took there other. I said "Hello" incase they forgot..nothing. Now 10 minutes waiting, I said hello again. They answered 14 minutes after sitting there. I started to order and they said we do not have shakes. I said I have sat here for 14 minutes, do u have ice cream? ( that's all my son wanted was ff and ice cream. No...so I drove off. I called asked to speak to the manger the gy said he just got off break asked me if he could help the manager was busy, I told him the situation he said could you call back in 5 minutes. I called 20 times, no answer. Fast food is not taking 14 min just to take a order, I would of understood if they were busy but 2 car's, one that they waited on first on top of it. I went to Culver's w 10 car's in front of me, had my order and food in 10 minutes.
Horrible food was given wrong sandwich Did not notice it till I got home.Then when I called the man was very rude and told me I was wrong. I wish I could show pictures of what I got but it won't let me put them on here.
The worst Burger King I have ever been to.The guy at the DT window was rude.Let 2 cars that came after us ORDER ahead of us after we had already waited 10 mins. Wasn't even a pick up order.When it was out turn to order he got it entirely wrong then acted like we were at fault this was after we told him out order 5 times. I'll go to the one by the high school from now on
Beautiful new location being ran into he ground by bad help. Really wish management would get this location under control. I love Burger King but can't get myself to eat at this location anymore. Everytime I've ever been here has been a horrible experience
Amazing their even open,can't get thru the drive thru unless you have 35min go over to doc's or mcyucks down the street,save the aggravation
