Okay so typically every time I visit McDonald’s they always mess up my order and I leave pissed. Whether it’s forgetting sauces, old food, bad customer service - whatever. But today I was SO happy with EVERYTHING. The timing/service was great, food was fresh and I had the best caramel frappe ever. They were super busy yet the manager still checked on us within 5 minutes of us getting our food, on top of running around the kitchen helping out in different stations. I’ve never been so impressed with McDonald’s I just HAD to share my experience.

Skip this one and go to the one just across the Illinois line in South Beloit. This location has staff that don't care and they often run out of key menu items.
It was located across the street from our hotel. The food order was prepared fresh and to go. We enjoyed our meal in our room.
This particular McDonald’s is fairly fast usually and, for the most part, get the order correct, but I’ve had my fair share of instances to the contrary.
Took thirty minutes from the time ordered to get our food and it wasn't all correct.
I waited in drive through for more than 30 minutes for 2 items and a drink. No apologies for the wait. Didn’t even know what we ordered. Finally got our order, no napkins in bag, food was cold, and no thank you. Needs better staffing or management!
This has to be one of the worst managed businesses in the United States of America. Only two untrained employees at night. Line around the building trapped in the drive through. The ordertaker often crying because of stress. 18 min. To get to the window tonight only to be told it will be another long delay to take my order because the grill cook does not know how to do anything. The poor lady was balling her eyes out. I left. WTF people. Staff your damm business or close the dam thing. Must have been another 25 cars drove off out of line while I was there.
