This Mickey D's definitely needs more help during graveyard shift. We didn't order at the drive up menu, we were instructed to pull up to the drive up window cause their was only one person working. We waited a very long time. Couldn't order what we wanted. The cashier (with no name tag)told us we could ONLY order chicken nuggets and fries! We ordered 3-20pc. Nuggets. She told us we could ONLY get 40nuggets. Then told us "would you like anything else?" OK, so how the hell we gonna get anything else, with ONLY nuggets and fries. Increase hourly wages for graveyard shift especially if there is only one employee at night! I feel for the cashier.
This McDonald's is extremely slow. I have had multiple occasions where I had to pull up to the window to order because no one will answer the speaker. They used to have great staff and a friendly manager, recently everyone seems miserable to even have to work, unkind and snotty. Not to mention 8/10 times their pop is flat. It's definitely worth it to drive a few more minutes to the Prairie Avenure location for good service and quality products.
The new teenage girls they hired are rude and I don’t even want to come here anymore because of them to be honest. I’ve heard from others they’ve been rude to them as well. Between the brown haired girl and blonde at front cash, they’re both toxic. I get it, I was 15/16 years old at one point too. Food service isn’t the best job, but if you can’t handle it mentally then quit.
A very bad McDonald's. They don't prepare the fries correctly (mine were burnt) and they only fill the large size half way. I am very frustrated with this.
They be dealing with so much Bs at McDonald's but I've never had an issue with the service or food excellent job yall
When I order food I expect it to be made. Not have to put it together. Know your new items on the menu and build the order correctly.
I LOVE McDonald's! It's packed A LOT tho. And some times the cashiers are stressed out and our orders mess up. One day sooner or later they should build another McDonald's! ❤️ Best not really healthy food!
It must be rough with the employee shortage! I went and was in the drive through line for 45 minutes after 12am. Turns out that there was only ONE DEDICATED employee that night. Hats off to you for making our food and serving us the best way you could!!!! Thank you!
Placed a mobile order and went to drive thru to pick up. They're telling me I need to pay again even though I payed on the app. Tell them to cancel my order only for me to get a receipt in my email of my order going thru. Call the store, corporate, and the mobile app and all they can do is offer a free meal in return. I would have to drive all the way back for a refund because they need the physical card. You don't need the physical card to take my money but somehow you need it for a refund.
State St McDonalds is slow but this McDonalds has the rudest employees I’ve ever seen. The lady grabs my money I try to tell her put grape jam and salt in the bag but she closed the window so quick I couldn’t tell her. She comes back to the window I try to ask again, the only word I got out is salt before she walk away again. Then she comes back I tell her I was trying to ask you for jam also. That’s when she rolls her eyes and huffs at me as if it’s my fault she works at McDonald’s. I told her I hope she has a better day and she slammed the window. I been stop coming here because the night shift worst than that, but because I was close I stopped. Should have waited 5 minutes and went to Wendy’s. I can’t deal with rude people when I’m spending my money. If you don’t like your job QUIT, and get another one or make your own.
