After a long day at work, I went to one McDonald's not far away, had a relatively simple order, and left angry without my food. Stopped by here to try again, and the food came fast, fresh, and the order was correct. Way shorter line and more polite than my first McDonald's experience that day. I now have a local preference that I feel I can trust to fulfill my McDonald's needs.
Always a huge line. Staff is usually very friendly but on day lots of yelling and dropping off the f bomb with the drive thru window open. Everyone has a bad day but that is a very poor representation of this business.
The food was very hot because I asked for it to be made fresh! That was good. But she did not listen to my order I told her I wanted a deluxe chicken sandwich made fresh they sent me out a sandwich with only a piece of chicken on it no anything else I asked for ranch on the side of my grandson's McChicken and they didn't put that in the back and then when I went back to render the mistakes the line was too long.
The worst and most filthiest McDonalds in Beloit. When I walked in I was not helped as my doordash was sitting there getting cold. I was looked at by employees and then they continued their conversation with eachother and one of their friends. Still waiting to be helped, one employee was on her phone, another was playing around with some guy, and another decided she wanted to go outside to continue to talk to the friend that just left after reluctantly taking food to a customer that had been sitting there for a couple minutes. While waiting I had a chance to notice how filthy it was garbage piled high running over the floor, food all over the ground and everybody was just standing there. Thank goodness for Benson the only one who asked what I was waiting for and got my order. The only one moving. If you eat here I feel sorry for you
How do you wait 20 min in the drive thru while others who show up after you get helped first and still manage to forget items in our order AND also forget the Chicken on a Sandwich!!?? ??♀️I don't recall saying give me a chicken deluxe hold the chicken... this mcds ALWAYS slacking.. ?
The wait at the drive through was a bit long and they forgot to give me the salt and pepper I asked for, but the food was good.
Consistency is a strong suit, in that they get the delivered meal wrong, consistently. Previous order was missing half the food, with incorrect drinks. But just today, because of Covid quarantine, we placed another order. This time, everything was there, excluding of course THE MEAT ON OUR CHEESEBURGERS. I’m almost impressed with how ridiculous this is. Poor management, poor training, I don’t know the answer, but really that’s not my problem. My problem is food prices that have escalated tremendously in the last few years, while quality of service seems about as crappy as it can get. Yeah, I know, it’s just McDonald’s, but seriously, this location is about the worst. At least there’s always plenty of napkins…
Long wait at least 10 minutes in the drive thru not that busy fries were soggy n nasty if we waited this long at least the fries should have been good.. my burger was good my wife said it was the worst she's ever had and that's saying alot since we have 6 kids and use to go to MD's alot... won't b back!
Gotta love the free rotten tomatoes they add to spice up your meal here ???
Just need staff to count what's on the order and be sure all of the order is there. I stopped today and spent $29 and did not get all of the sandwiches I ordered. And I should not have to check my order to see if I got what I paid for. Non the less wont be back again
