First time at this location. Was in drive thru 20 minutes the first time, a total of 40 minutes. Cashier was very rude and kept saying "that all" after every. Single. Item. Including the first item. Had a friend ahead of us and they received about the same level of service. Forgot an order of Jalapeno Bites, and gave a small drink instead of what was suppose to be a large. Tried to go inside but they locked the doors, so had to go through the line all over again. People ahead slowly get their orders taken. get to window and the original cashier told us "One sec". After waiting 10 minutes, a female cashier hops on and asks if we ordered yet. Explained what we were missing and tells us to pull ahead. After getting to the window for the 2nd time in a 40 minute period, I hand them the receipt and we receive our items from our original order. They keep the receipt as to not allow a bad review, so I'm writing mine here. Spend some extra time driving to a different Arby's, not "Fast" food at all & horrendous customer service skills to the original cashier.
well I've never had an issue until yesterday evening once I paid for my order I sat at the window for 14mins. and the person inside had his backside pressed against the window while playing around with another workers I finally get my order no fries no sauce no reciept the girl that took the order was rude the guy that gave me the food also I asked if everything is there oh no napkins either this was the first time I ever had an issue I was NOT going back to tell them they forgot My fries after that experience and will not be going back to the Riverside location EVER
I have not been there for a while because of seeds on the buns. But now you can choose different buns so yay.
Food was okay. Dining area was dirty, tables were sticky. The windows and doors were filthy.
Love the French dip and Swiss sandwhich here. The drive-thru was very quick and the cashier was polite. All of our food was correct and hot even after driving home.
Hot food hit or miss. Great employees. Wish they backed fresh cherry turnovers throughout the day. They are dry when they sit all day.
Sat in the driveway atleast 4 minutes, yelling into the speaker and no one was working the drive thru. So I took my business to Taco Bell. It was 3:00pm Superbowl Sunday. Owners better fire them all and hire some actual workers if you plan on staying in business.

Half pound beef was ok, fries were cold, chicken nuggets were cold service was ok. No one was wearing a uniform, their hands at the drive through window were filthy and not clean. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
Used the 2 can dine for $10 coupon, it’d be great if we got the correct food that was supposed to be on it. Supposed to be beef and cheddar sandwiches was just beef instead, supposed to be a 6 piece mozzarella sticks, got a 4 piece instead.
