The onion rings should not have even been brought out...overcooked. My wife couldn't even eat the ribletts... burned. My prime rib dip, ribs were crispy on the edges. Told the manager, she said she would be back...never return.Will be a long time before we return.
Always extremely greasy burgers.I've visited this location about 5 times and the food has never been good.That last visit my plate was full of grease dripping from just holding the burger. In an exaggerated amount, I'm sorry to say. Every bite was just grease. It will definitely be my last time there.
Hostess, waiter were really great.Everyone else enjoyed their meal.My meal just wasn't very good. Prime rib dip. Meat was over cooked and tough. Au just was thick onion soup. I should've asked if it was sent out wrong. I ate 1/4 . Then gave up.
Our server was great!! The food not so much. Chicken undercooked on 3 of the meals am talking still punk in the middle sent one back and still came back out pink. Food took a long time to come out and the table was sticky as hell. Meanwhile staff sat in the waiting room having conversation. Bill came out to 98.00 even though one chicken meal didn’t get eaten and we had to send one back. Will definitely drive to Janesville location over this location
Food was good. Had their club sandwich which was excellent. Went back there about two years later after mask mandates for COVID were eased. They had revised their menu. Had a new item. The quesadilla burger which was quite good.
Some love it some don't. Me personally I do not enjoy the boxed food that you can get from the grocery store. Selections are limited and over priced. The margarita $5 special is nice. The lighting and TVs make it an enjoyable spot for drinks.
Normally good but it was a train wreck tonight. Brand new waitress but she was actually the best experience. Somebody else brought our food. And both dinners were wrong. She said she would get the manager but she said it would be awhile because the manager was cooking because they were shorthanded. We did pay for what we got so it wasn't ALL bad.
The boneless wings were mediocre at best. I got the Sweet Asian Chile sauce for them, Spivey spices Spivey. Was not advertised on the menu as spicy but it was hotter than normal buffalo sauce. No French Onion soup…..just say your cooks are lazy if that’s the case. Place is dirty, tables are always sticky wait staff has a terrible “don’t wanna be here” attitude. Don’t think the wife and I will be visiting there again.
I would give a 0 stars if I was able to. This was my first time at the Beloit Applebees and it will be my last. The service was terrible. We had a party of 4 & a toddler. We were seated right away which was nice but we sat for 30 mins or so before the waitress came over. She claimed no one told her anybody was seated in this section but yet there was 3 other tables sitting currently in the same section. She took our drink order. 15 mins goes by and still no drinks. Mind you this place was not busy at all. There were a total of 5 tables occupied. She finally comes to our table & admits she forgot our drinks. Another 10 min goes by we finally get our drinks. Almost an hour from when we sat down. We ordered our food right away. We were not waiting anymore. We had ordered the 2 for 28 deal. The manager came over to make sure our order had been given. We waited for our appetizer. It never came. Just before I was about to say something our appetizer and entrée were served at the same time. Half of our party was still missing their food. We were told it was going to be only a couple more minutes . I was able to finish my entrée before the rest of our party got their food that we still had to wait for.The place was dirty with ripped seats, sticker residue on the tables, etc. I know places are short staffed but there is no reason for what we dealt with last night especially when there was only 5 tables occupied.
We had to wait over 45 minutes for our food. When we got the food it was pretty bland. My shrimp were grey with no Cajun spice. The chicken was dry and tasteless. The cocktails were good. I won't be returning.
