Excellent pizza. Poor service, had to ask for a different server (first time in my life), the guy waiting on us was very short with us, declined to take our food order and wanted to just get our drinks (we waited 10 min before this so ample time to read menu). Then when he did come back continue to be short with us, acted like we were inconveniencing him with our presence. His replacement did great.Disappointing because it’s the best Chicago style pizza I’ve found in Appleton.
Terrible service. Once we were seated the server never returned. Christianos took care of us as soon as we arrived after leaving here.
10 minutes waiting after hostess said they needed to clean tables. Then another waitress stopped and said they needed to clean both finally sat after 15 minutes. At table another 15 minutes with no service. Finally left after watching waitress standing a few minutes at hostess station that sat us at table. So very disappointing!
Horrible service, we left after being ignored. Sat us and forgot us. Sat people next to us 15 minutes after we sat down and asked them about a drink meanwhile we were still waiting. So we left. Stay away don't waist your time.
Not good. The sauce just wasn't right and the Crust didn't taste that good. After two bite I had to put it down.
Best deep dish pizza in the area?Love the atmosphere and service is always top notch. Fresh ingredients and a large selection of items. Something for everyone?
Such a wonderful place! Loved the coziness, the polite and timely staff and the Good Guys pizza was excellent! Will certainly return again!!
I would like to share my first experience at Wise Guys Pizza in Appleton Wisconsin. I've heard a lot of really great stuff about this place, I ate pizza in Chicago rather often so I decided to give it a try. It was Friday night and it was I believe 7 I called in an order for carry out. I called in the young lady on the phone asked to take my order and I told her I wanted to deep dish pizza. She said I'm sorry we can't make that for you because we close at 8 and it takes almost an hour to make the pizza. At first I thought maybe was an April Fool's joke but it's December. Unfortunately that was my first and will be my last experience at Wise Guys Pizza. It is no wonder businesses are closing early because they have no work for employees
It was quite busy but we received seating almost immediately. Their draft beer was perfectly cold. In the candle I got tonight is quite the candle
Pros: Service was good. Establishment was clean. Appetizers were delicious.Cons: Not the best pizza i’ve ever had. Cant say i’d come back for it. Got the Chicago Style, did not enjoy the taste of the crust.
