Food was good. The woman that gave me my food didn’t say anything and was very rude when I asked to get some ketchup. She threw the ketchup in the bag and then handed it to me. I said thank you and she shut the window. I highly don’t ask for anything extra or expect certain people there to treat you nicely. Must be tough working there.
Great service, order was done in a timely manner, food was hot. Get the five dollar biggie bag, jts quite filling
NP w/food -- the woman at the drive thru was having a really bad day. Asked for some ingredients to be taken off and put on the chicken sandwich, you would've thought I asked for her first born. Like really, really a big deal. Had to repeat 3 times. Not a word said at the window. Hope she takes her meds tomorrow.
While Wendy's is normally great this one has great staff. Unfortunately they do t always have their parking lot plowed which isn't great during winter.
First time trying their breakfast, and my bacon was raw. I don't want to get sick by raw pork.
One of the best tasting fast foods I have had. Also when I forget my drinks I turned around and the brought it out to me.
The restaurant may look closed down but it's not and don't let it deter you. We had great service through the drive thru and unlike many other restaurants we actually got our full order without issues. Food was great as well. No cold or stale fries! Took the one star off just because they need to make it more clear that they are open.
Just ordered food from the Wisconsin Ave location. Burgers were ice cold and the buns were dry. Fries where good if you like cold fries. All in all not a good meal.
The service is horrible. I understand days can be frustrating but this is the second time this week of saying please and thank you and to have a nice night, and all you get is a slowly and no response. Food quality is dwindling as well
The food was great. My sandwiches were delicious. HOWEVER, the customer service was trash. I couldn't understand what the woman was saying. When I got to the window she didn't greet me nor smile. She was rude and angry. This is the second time I've been here dealing with rude people. I also contacted their headquarters and NOBODY ever got back to me. If you hate your job that much find a new one.
