ordered a chicken sandwich with no cheese and they gave me chicken tomato lettuce and that's it! no BUN?!?!? WTH?
Awesome atmosphere as soon as u walk in! The center of the dining room is filled with tables that are old Tilt-a-Whirl cars! Instantly brought me back to my child hood when my parents would take me to Bay Beach or the fair. Staff is super friendly, cashier was super bubly and positive u could tell she enjoys being here. I instantly received her positivity and returned it with my own. The store is fille with a very good ora and straight solid vibes! I ordered just a single burger, it was the Tom's Special. The burger was juicy, well seasoned and very well put ❤ deffinetly hit the spot. Nothing to say but positive this is an awesome place and has been added to my list of cool places to eat in the Grand chute area. Keep up the solid work and putting out quality product and service. This Toms gets my aeal of apporval and would recommend it it to any one who wants to have quick quality food in a straight solid positive atomosphere. It was my pleasure to give u ppl my review and u will definitely have a return customer i might even bring u a sign that says best toms i ever ate at and attended. MUCH Love and Stay Solid??

I’ve never had a bad meal at any of the Tom’s locations. My favorite go to for a great burger and the best cheese curds around. I always order the Tominator and at least a medium size curd. Always hot and fresh and delicious! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the locations are always clean. The location right by Woodmans is the one I most frequent. Would recommend to anyone who wants quality food and friendly service! Also, if you’ve never visited a Tom’s, just try a Tominator and you’ll be hooked! Easily rivals other fast food burgers!!
Pretty good local basic burger place. I've had a couple of misses with orders being wrong and some less than sanitary stuff during the pandemic but overall satisfied. Would return
We stopped tonight for the first time at Tom's it was great! The staff was very polite and extremely efficient. The line moved along very quickly and the portions were more than enough. Great first experience thank you!
The food is good but the staff isn't. They start stacking chairs in lobby 1/2 hour before closing and emptying garbage right next to customer table while they were eating. we were eating and then ordered dessert, shortly after we were told to leave because they were closing.
Food and service were both great for what I assume is a fast food dining place. Cool theme
Service was prompt and courteous. All of our questions were answered. Our meal was made to order and cooked to taste. Food arrived quickly. We enjoyed the unique carnival ride seating in the dining room.
This Tom's in specific is my afterwork special. The burgers are fantastic, the shakes phenomenal, and the fries perfectly salted. I go to Tom's before ANY other fast food restaurants.
