Second time I’ve been here, food is super over cooked and hard. I’ve tried contacting them, but no response. Also even tried submitting feedback on site. Both times I’ve gotten the curd and chicken tenders. Figured it was just a mess up the last time so I’ll try ‘em again. Never had issues at other locations. SO DRY AND HARD. I don’t know what they are doing at this location that’s different than the others but wow. Also this time the cheese curds breading was super weird. Must have changed the recipe cause does not taste the same. I give it a two as the customer service was good.
The food is good but the staff isn't. They start stacking chairs in lobby 1/2 hour before closing and emptying garbage right next to customer table while they were eating. we were eating and then ordered dessert, shortly after we were told to leave because they were closing.
This Tom's location is consistent with service however if they do have a hiccup they make it their mission to redeem themselves. At least that is my experience. Good crew and the food has always been tasty. This Tom's location has proven to me that they are worth going back to.
Always has good food and service is always super quick! It always taste like a mom and pop shop kind of burger!
grandkids love the burgers... family's favorite munchies are the cheese curds and onion rings! so yummy! service is always good, food is always fresh and hot. but we've been driving past without stopping for about 2 months now cuz they've been out of honey mustard sauce forever and it's just not the same! get a different distributor ffs!
Far as fast food, they're tops! Efficient and consistant, all the 40 years I've been going there.
Nothing beats Tom’s, great customer service and delicious food. Best fast food around its as simple as that.
Taste even better then it did 15 years ago. Sad all the ice cream flavors are gonebut I understand. Will definitely come back with friends and family
We mostly go to the one off of CB. The food is always great and the employees are polite.
