I unfortunately didn’t have time to eat while I was at The Mad Apple, but their staff is amazing. Very friendly and inviting. Also their pool room is awesome. It’s very clean and inviting.
I don’t appreciate paying 13.50 for a cheeseburger meal. The fries were good, but the burger was the size of a slider.
Food was overpriced for what it was and service was not good for us. The food tasted good but the portions were odd and everything was cold. Got our appetizer with our meals but had to wait 10 minutes for the 3rd meal(it was a salad). Was only given 2 packs of cutlery for a table of 3 and was missing napkins in 2 of them. I think this place has potential but clearly someone is not giving the effort this place deserves.
Food is decent. Prices are a bit higher. Been here 3 times, twice they have overcharged us on the bill. Both times it was only $1-$2 in total(today, it was $.50 overcharge for beef on the build your own burger, $.50 for an extra sauce on the burger even though there was no mention in the menu of only being allowed one sauce on your burger, and then my youngest daughter got charged for spicy mayo $.50 on her wrap even though she didn't ask for it), but it is the principle. Getting the overcharge taken off is more of an ordeal than it's worth since once they drop the bill off the server disappears. Nobody stands at the register to help, even though that's where you go pay. Today, took my mother there, she asked for a refill of her diet coke, and it took 20 minutes to receive it. My wife informed me that the toilets in the women's bathroom are not very secure to the floor.5 of us went here for mother's day, spent $100 including tip, and had only one box for take home. Like I said, food is decent, but service is lacking in quality as well as quantity.

Seemed like a great place to go to, but drinks were nasty, especially the bloodies, we watched a few others leave theirs at the table. Asked for a steak done medium... This is what I got, and the middle was purple still. They basically threw it on a flat top until it turned brown on the sides and called it good. People behind us had the same problem. My fiance got a chicken wrap and said it had no flavor and the chicken was soggy. We got there at 6pm and didn't get our food until 7pm. Understand that times are rough and staff is short, but there wasn't even a manager available And our waitress did not even listen when we tried to ask about having my steak cooked a bit longer. She literally shrugged and walked away. Super cool pool hall though.
Mad Apple has food I go out of my way to enjoy. They are doing a great job of managing the transition and finalization of the remodeling.The Sweet Potato Planks are unique and very tasty, especially with the Spicy Ranch.Do yourself a favor and enjoy a local place which deserves your support.The owner takes a real interest in the food and the upgrading of the facility.
Great food and fast service! If looking to get out and have some fun with great food and drinks go to the mad apple burger and billiard company. Whether your a professional pool player your just interested in the game the staff will go above and beyond to insure your having a good time.
We were there Sat afternoon the young man who sat us didn't look like he wanted to be there never smiled or welcomed anyone. Our waitress was to busy didn't come back till we waved her down blond waitress was very helpful. Food was good . ?? smiles go along way.
