I am so upset with my bar experience. I work downtown so I order from here VERY often. I always get the same thing but for whatever reason the last couple times I have ordered they have been burnt like this. This was my free set of mistake wings and look how awful these look! I called and asked to talk to a manager and he is so very disrespectful and he yelled at me over the phone and told me to order from somewhere else because I am unable to make happy! He hung up on me while I was trying to talk to him! Also told me that all of the food gets looked at before it’s sent out! THEY ARE BLACK!!!! I manage a business and I would never handle a situation like he did and for that I will never order from here again. I spend 40-60 every time I order because I order for my work crew and that no longer will happen, customer service definitely makes a business.
Came for the fun of food and darts, then was basically yelled at by the bartender to leave once food was done being served. Was assumed to have been under 21 years old, and thus was treated with rude demeanor. The bartender should have asked to see our ID's without making rude comments.

Seriously disappointed with the bus trip to Lambeau. It says right on the website when we signed up that they are charter busses with a restroom. We ended up on school busses. The ride home especially sucked hard

A massive game on a very busy day service was pretty slow But friendly staff with good recommendations I ordered the wings they were pretty good only flats And they refused to honor any coupons or special offers For traditional wings which was a total disappointment and one of the only reasons I went to this place
Usually I get good service. I have attempted to have lunch here twice this week and ended up leaving both times without being waited on. On Monday, a group came in after me and sat at the table next to me, they were waited on and I was not. I decided to wait a few more minutes and they received their drinks and ordering appetizers and I still had not been waited on. Today the guys were all hanging out in the kitchen (except the bartender). They would come out and look around d, and go back to hanging out in the kitchen. Again, I sat there for about 10 minutes, was not waited on, and left. Neither time was busy either.
