I feel horrible for the workers. This obviously isn't their fault but they are so short staffed that sitting in the drive through takes 30 plus minutes to just get to the box to order and about 45 minutes total to get food. With a toddler in the car it can get intense. Definitely think if they are that short staffed they need to close the drive through or lobby and not have both open at once. Thanks to the guy working the drive thru and being so sweet about everything and apologizing for the wait. What a trooper!
No clue why they claim to serve breakfast. Never seem to be ready to serve. Last week no eggs at 810 am, but lunch was available?!! I have had several occasions where I was told they were not ready to serve, other times the claimed equipment issues. Once was cash only…exact change. Seriously who owns this business. No need for staff for breakfast shift. If you wonder why nobody buys, it’s because your staff is not ready to serve. I am talking 8 am!!!
This was one the worst experiences at a Taco Bell my son and I have had in a very long time. I understand some of it is not their fault because they can't get enough people to want to work. The place was dirty. My son and I had to clean our own table and chairs. The food took forever to be done. They forgot to get our drinks. My son ordered a Blue Raspberry freeze and apparently they didn't even have that. My son ordered his taco a certain way and that came to us wrong. There was another couple ahead of us when we got there and we got our food before them. Some how their order was lost. Just a very disappointing experience.
We ordered 12 soft shell tacos and they gave us hard ones, when we told them about it, they told us to come inside. We brought the entire order inside and they took it. When they gave us the correct soft shell tacos, they threw away everything else in the order. When we told them that we were now missing the rest of our food, one of the coworkers screamed at us “you gave us back the box so it was basically throwing food away.” We paid over $35. If we pay for the food then we should get it. After she stopped screaming, a very nice worker man fixed our order. They were rushing us to take a survey in the drive through which i left a good review on but now absolutely REGRET and they don’t deserve the responses i gave on there. (besides the one nice man) Your staff shouldn’t be screaming at minors
Food was good. I always enjoy a Taco Supreme and Mini Cinnamon. The drive through help could use a course in customer service and basic human interaction.
Have front doors locked in the middle of the day, turning away business, only the side door is open that they don’t even have a sign for. Food was all wrong missing half of the order and was cold. Line for drive thru hasn’t moved in 25 minutes. Rude workers, they all seem like they’re on one. Air conditioning was blowing on everyone inside as it’s 5 degrees out.
Sat in the drive thru for over 10mins and nobody took our order. I just left because clearly nobody works there and it would probably take another hour to get my food. Best to go to another place than waste your time here.
First and Last time I come to this Taco Bell location. 30 mins waiting on the drive through. I can’t believe I did it. IF YOU ARE IN LINE AND YOU THINK IS GONNA MOVE FAST?? IT WILL NOT. DRIVE AWAY. Oh and it was 9 pm.
I've tried going here three times in the last two months. First time, they were closed (around 5:00 pm). Second time I waited 15 minutes for a pickup order when there were zero other people waiting for food. Third time I got in the drive through line and didn't move for 5 minutes. I saw that there were 8 cars in front of me waiting to order yet so I figured this would likely take 40 minutes just to get to the order screen. DON"T GO HERE. If they don't have enough staff, fine, close. It's the better option than to have people think that it's still a viable option and instead learn to just avoid this one.
Waited 30 minutes because system was down. After waiting I ordered 2 hard shell tacos and 2 beefy burrito no beans. Got home and found I had 2 soft shell tacos and beans on both burrito so every single item was messed up. Ordered with dark menu. Make sure you check your food before you leave. Waiting as long as I did and then getting the whole order wrong is bad. Almost every time I come here there’s no lights in parking lot when they are open. If you want to visit a dying restaurant visit here lol
