The employees at this location are EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. We’ve waited in the takeout for up to 30 minutes before. We went inside today and ordered on the kiosk. It refused our payment (we have plenty in our account). The kiosk told us to complete our order at the counter so we went up there. A very rude man told us it would be a 30 minute wait for somebody to wait on us because they are all cooking. We explained that our card didn’t work and he repeated 30 minute wait. We tried to order again at the kiosk and had the same problem. We then asked a female worker for help and she stated that our order didn’t come through and walked away. We left. We won’t be back. I know times are tough and they are short-staffed but they made ZERO effort to be helpful or even courteous, at the least.
Can you offer a -star review? Order was taken by a friendly male. I pulled up to the window, same guy took my cash. He left and a gal came in. I watched the person who prepared the food place my bag on the counter. (there were no other cars there at the time). The gal completely ignored me as i sat there for six minutes, before she finally handed me my food. By the time i got them back to my office, they were a soggy mess for a taco, they couldn't be eaten like a taco, they fell apart. Obviously they're not interested in doing business. I won't be back.
The franchisee shouldn't have the franchise anymore. All of the locations are understaffed and useless. The employees that are here are good, the trouble comes from the top down. Please Taco Bell help these struggling locations be better.For reference I was just at the other side of appleton and that one was closed with no signs saying so. Now I've been at this one for 20 minutes waiting to pickup my mobile order. Go elsewhere, you deserve better.
Never again. Lady taking orders “I’ll be right with you.” After 10 minutes I asked if someone was going to take my order. By the way there were no other cars in the drive through so they weren’t busy. Asked for some hot sauce and lady tries to hand me two handfuls of sauce. Why would I need that much for a Crunchwrap and taco? Soda had no ice in it and I was told “we are out of ice.” When I get home to eat my food there was no nacho cheese or sour cream in my Crunchwrap. Definitely will never be back to this location again.
Went to this Taco Bell in July (around 3 pm) just for a quick bite and waited in the drive through for about 10 min. then finally someone came to the speaker and said they were closed due to safety reasons. Never went back. Scared of contracting some sort of virus, illness, etc had never been so real.
I’m 100% convinced that this Taco Bell has a front for something illegal man. Every time I go there, they’re closed at the most odd times but have tons of staff inside. I understand places are understaffed, but why are you working the drive through & closing at noon? I ordered doordash at 6 pm for 3 tacos and after 2 hours, the store just cancelled it saying they were closed. The manager is extremely rude, this place should definitely get investigated. Let’s all start making reports to corporate because it seems as if this happens to everyone! I’ve never actually gotten food from this location because EVERYTIME they’re “closed”. Super super weird.
Was here Friday for lunch. Had to wait in line to use the kiosk to put our order in because there wasn’t anyone at the counter. Ordered our food and it took forever to come out when it did come out. The soda machine didn’t work. The soda on the right (I wanted Pepsi zero) ran so slow when you pressed the button so I dumped out what little bit came out and got root beer instead which came out better but tasted like garbage. It was flat and didn’t taste like root beer at all. My kiddo wanted water so I tried asking the employee who handed me my food for a water up, totally ignored me. Was missing my cheesy fiesta potatoes, told the girl and was finally able to sneak in the question again about wanting a water glass for my son that doesn’t like soda. Employees were chatty and giggling with each other but totally ignored the customers. Will not come back to this location when there are plenty other Taco Bell locations where you are acknowledged, heard etc.
So slow, almost 40 minutes in line and couldn't turn around to leave. Food was good and order was right. They had 2 girls working. Like, excuse me? Maybe pay more eh? This trip was the symbolism of what's wrong with this country and big corporations today. Kudos to the one staff they had. And even though I normally would give 2 stars for the food being good . It's called fast food for a reason.
Can we get any slower service? Someone should let them know it's fast food. They take an order then fill the order then finally take the next. I feel like they got fired from McDonald's because they couldn't handle a computer with a chicken and cow to help them order
Unfortunately, I never even ordered food before leaving after waiting at the drive thru for a long time. The person before me did the same thing, and I suspect the person after me did also. This location is so hit or miss on if you can get served despite there clearly being people working inside.
