When we walked in, both employees were sitting with friends at a table and had to get up. We ordered from the kiosk. Neither of the employees working said anything to us. We left with our order and went home. BOTH sandwiches were wrong. One had bacon and was not toasted as requested. The wrong sauce was on it. The other sandwich was not correct either. We ordered cookies and we saw the girl take them out of the case but they weren’t in the bag when we got home. Both sandwiches ended up in the garbage. We eat Subway at least once a week. We will NEVER go to this Subway again!
So me and my little brother who is a very young minor were eating our food and this dude walks in practically shirtless and is friends with both of the employees and this kid had a vape and your employee smoked the vape and he tried to get away with it and I hope that he will not be working there the next time I’m there and he should be fired
When are people going to learn the kiosks are non functional. They might seem really practical but it doubles your order time and includes half the menu, no specials. 3 people walked out at lunch time because they’re so frustrating including myself. GET RID OF THEM!
This subway is amazing and the staff are so friendly. Really glad to see good people working in a good restaurant.
Drop the kiosk. Told them several times I had a complicated order that it would not work on kiosk. When I ordered at the counter everything was right, not so the kiosk. Only one of three subs was right and the salad was even wrong. Told them marinara sauce on one, since not a choice, and she told me twice it was taken care of. No lettuce in the salad and no veggies on my sub. Only giving 2 stars because place is new and much cleaner than the Sherwood store. Horrible horrible kiosk system.
New kiosk ordering made sandwich making difficult. No option to pick flatbread when customizing your sandwich.The credit card reader didn't take my cards for whatever reason, and they started making my sandwich before I finished my order due to kiosk confusion.Put wrong cheese on sandwich and didn't melt the cheese down all the way. Sub was cold in less than 5 minutes. Will be traveling a bit farther for a better serviced subway.
I am not one to write reviews however I did not have a pleasant experience. I went to this location at 8:05pm which was an hour before closing. I entered an order into the kiosk for a meatball sub and was told that the meatballs are supposed to be thrown out at 8:00pm but he hadn’t thrown them out yet and said he would make it anyways. The order was already sent when I was told this. I decided to keep the order. Overall the service was subpar. When receiving the order, the meatball sandwich was barely wrapped up and looked like a rotting corn dog. The bread was squished down by the worker and the cheese and bread looked spoiled. Will not be eating at again.
