The store was completely void of people. As with most of the subways, that I have been to, they are always pushing you with questions on what you want. When you haven't been in a store for a while, it takes time to review the rather large menu boards up behind the counter, as they have changed their appearance and corporate must have had some idea what they were going for, with all the colors and sizes of letters, and I just makes it harder to find and identify what you want or might like to try. I much prefer the KISS principle. That's why I usually go to Jimmy John's, you give them a number and you can get the heck out of there.

NOT HAPPY WITH SUBWAY on Edgewood Dr. in Appleton. We ordered lunch today through Uber eats. Subway messed up on one sub ( which it happens ) BUT the gal went to subway with her sub and HEATHER was rude and said they double ck the order ( which we always do before we hit send) and she couldn't do anything about it and so she had to pay for another sub!! Now that's poor customer service ?
