I did a weekend to myself and left a gift basket for my husband and daughter with popcorn and candy and some gift cards. I figured because they were visa gift cards they’d be ok anywhere. The person that helped my husband and daughter comped their meals. And honestly that was so sweet of them! Not many places and people do that stuff anymore, so thank you to that staff member. As for food i can’t tell you how it was but customer service was excellent.
Great workers, especially this young man named Kyle, he was very friendly and made everyone laugh. Great workers!
Not sure how this subway is still open. Always horrible customer service. Never fails. Charged almost $3 for a cup of water. Bread is never fresh nor are the veggies.
Food is fine. Couldnt hear employees, wish theyd speak up and they forgot to ask if I wanted sauce so I didn't have any on my sandwich ☹️
I just love Subway. There are so many wonderful options. My favorite is on Wisconsin Avenue because they have unadvertised great deals along with deals available in the application you can find in the Google Play store. My favorite is always the Steak and I sometimes choose the $2.99 unadvertised option. So surprise yourself with a 6" or 12" sandwich. They offer catering too!! Great for Football watch parties, After the Timber Rattlers play or anytime you want to be spontaneous. The possibilities are more than the 5 stars I gave it now
I drove 5 miles to the Fox River Mall yesterday intending to select a restaurant in the food court to buy something for lunch. Of all the restaurants there, I made the mistake of choosing Subway for a sandwich. I ordered a 6” Spicy Italian on flatbread. What I received was a disgustingly sloppy mess that was literally swimming in a puddle of grease. To no avail, I did my best to wipe the sandwich off with one of the paltry two napkins I was provided with my sandwich. That napkin even got saturated with grease. I used the other napkin up to try and wipe up the grease/oil at the table where I sat. A few bites in to the repulsive mess of a “sandwich”, I had to stop eating it. I decided to take it back to the Subway counter to show them what I was served after unwrapping it from the Subway paper. The guy who made the sub for me pompously said “I made it just the way you requested“. I handed him the sandwich on a tray from the food court. He promptly handed the tray back rudely telling me it wasn’t their tray. I had no idea the sandwich would have the slop smeared on the entire inside of the flatbread. In his defense, he did offer to make me another sandwich. With 3-4 bites of heavy grease/oil already down the hatch and likely needing a restroom soon, I declined his offer. Given that, I asked for a refund and he obliged. The culprit in the matter of the sloppy greasy mess of a sandwich was likely the glob of stuff (not sure what it was) that he spread liberally on the entire non porous flatbread with a scoop. When the sandwich was heated, I think that stuff liquified and ran out all over everything. If that’s what happened, the guy should have either cautioned me or discouraged me all together from having my sandwich on flatbread. He did neither. If you were to eat that sandwich on any other kind of Subway bread, that stuff would have liquified and soaked into the bread. Not particularly appetizing or healthy. Lucky me, I filled out the online survey as requested on the sales receipt. For doing so, on my next visit, I get either “a FREE 20 oz. fountain drink or, 2 delicious cookies” with my next purchase of a sub, panini or a salad ?! Even though I got my sandwich money back, I should have trusted my instinct and gone to Taco John’s. Oh well...live and learn.
Good but they had a long line because only had one worker.. you can't hire more than one
Meat wasnt fresh. My onions were soggy. Sub cost $1 more here than what it does at my local one. Worst subway I've been to.
Salads were weak
Nothing special but good
