I was just treated sooooo rudely at this subway!!!! Terrible customer service. Decided to leave and spend my money at chick -fil-A. I would like to know who owns this subway. Other locations have much better customer service!!
Went in and was treated with condescension by a lady named Kelly who apparently was helping out this one due to lack of employees. She complained the whole time she made my sandwich because it was inconvenient to make it a melt (even though it was on the menu) and I found it rather odd she was not following food safety by wearing a ring on her fingers which even with gloves it is not food safe. Sandwich was good but will not be coming back.
The sandwich maker was be disrespectful toward me while making my food, I saw a lady next to her and asked her if she could make it because she witnessed the behaviors. The lady refused to do so and addressed herself as the district manager. They were the two most prejudice people that I have witnessed in along time and I will never do business her again.
Bread is never fresh and the veggies are always spread very thin or thick in spots, workers need to learn how to make a good looking sub
I was in the area so I stopped in to grab a sandwich the woman behind the counter was kind enough but seemed bothered by even a question out of the ordinary, while placing my order a late 20’s guy interrupts to complain to his co-worker about a customer calling for delivery I guess I’m less important his issues so I looked around and spotted the notice that says I can’t take a phone call while ordering. A minute later the guy appears behind me complaining about me touching the glass, I hated to slow him down on the way to his mop bucket but at least I could give him someone to put down to make himself feel a little bit better about himself.

Steak and cheese was a little dry and I had sauce on it.
Order was wrong and sandwich was literally falling apart. Toppings asked for were incorrect and the amount of sauce on the sandwich was so ridiculous it was like they were emptying containers to free them up. The one star is cause they got the coke right. Do not recommend.
Bad service but good food because I told them how to make it ????????? ??????
