This morning...I stopped at this Starbucks for a drink...while waiting in line at the window...I had the opportunity to chat with a young lady named Grace. She was so kind and smiled and she made my day. I have thought about that all day long today. Just a simple smile and a little conversation set my whole day... THINK what you could do if you followed her suit...
Slow experience. This isn't just at this one Starbucks it's at all of them. There needs to be a separate line for mobile orders versus those who order in drive-thru. People who order via the mobile app do so so that they can quickly get their coffee and be on their way. With that being said their customer service is always great. Unfortunately great customer service doesn't make up for the lost time though.
Probably one of the slowest drive thrus I have been to! I just like to give people the benifit of the doubt and think they are short staffed....
Stopped and got an order for a company. The order was correct and on time. The woman in the drive through was very kind and courteous. I would highly recommend stopping in for a quick coffee or a bite to eat.
Served right away, clean and friendly. Our local favorite among the many Starbucks in the Fox Valley.
I ordered 3 venti strawberry refresher drinks with no ice…. (No I didn’t order ice on the side in a separate cup). This is what my cups looked like…no sips were taken prior to the picture. I asked “why is this not filled to the top?” Reasoning - I didn’t order ice and the manager told them that’s the line they have to fill it to…and something about supplies taking a long time to get to them, so they can’t fill it more full that this. Really Calumet location …you’re going short the customers THIS much liquid per drink on an already overpriced beverage? Is lemonade in that much of a short supply for Starbucks? I don’t want a full cup of ice… I can go to the gas station and buy my own ginormous bag of ice that is cheaper than this drink. The Calumet /441 location in Appleton…has a policy about “no ice” that no other location hopefully follows.
I've only went to the drive through... Employees are extremely nice and drinks are amazing
Drinks were flat in flavor and had to scream to get orders right but were out of everything.
Drinks are always great and I won't downgrade the store for their corporate office's ability to keep ingredients in stock. The downgrade is due to 1) the drive thru. If you are out of something it should be posted at the mic, plus this is just a terrible spot for one. Ditch the dt to add more parking instead! 2. The staff was there and making drinks, but they barely looked up to acknowledge a single customer. So much for holiday cheer.
Heard the company announce it will become Nuremberg Code Violators (it already is with masks).. For a company to illegally coerce employees into medical procedures is a disgrace.
