Typical poor Starbucks experience. Order a drink and croissant. Get the croissant within about a minute. Ordered with butter but of course as always either the butter or knife aren’t included. Then stand there for 10 minutes while you’re waiting for your drink as your croissant cools to room temperature. Of course the things you want to add to your drink aren’t placed out on the stand. Instead you have to beg the barista to get them for you and it slows her down and wastes another cup for your half and half. Hello Starbucks: the pandemic is over. Time to put the sweetener and creamer back out. At least this time all the good seats were taken by paying customers rather than the norm of being taken by non customers.
went through the drive thru at 2:23 pm on 2/21/22 and the person taking orders was horrible. We had to repeat our order of 4 drinks 3 times. She repeated it back, got it wrong, and we had to repeat our order again. And still, we got the wrong drinks!! PAY ATTENTION! Maybe ask if we could pull up to the window if you couldn't understand the order. Greatly disappointed with your store today.

Waited for 20 minutes, finally was my turn to order in the drive through and they closed up and left when it said it was open until 7.

Shout out to the crew working tonight. It was packed (like usual) and there were only 4 employees that I could see. They were busting their butts running around in there! One employee, I didn’t catch her name, was so generous and paid for our snowman cookies (which were DELICIOUS btw) all because we were NICE to her! Come on people, how hard is it to be kind when you can clearly see the demand for Starbucks. 10/10 recommend the wait!
Horrible placement for a drive thru. I waited 45 mins and was almost hit twice by people trying to squeeze through to drive around the line. Got to order and was told they're out of every breakfast sandwich but one. Only come if you're willing to wait and just want coffee.
Ordered a white hot chocolate. I received A regular hot chocolate. The employee Addi was very rude and very unprofessional! The employee named Val helped me out to get the correct drink!
It was great staff were friendly
the girl that took our order was so so sweet and she paid for our drinks because my bf malfunctioned. i hope you see this sweet girl you are awesome!!!
