Screwy layout. Placed a mobile order 20 minutes before we arrived and our order was still not complete. I'd hate to think how late we could of been if I placed the order in transit with only 5 minutes of lead way.Every store looks to be running on confusion rather than a well-oiled coffee shop.
Far too often I, along with other customers, have had to wait upwards of 30 minutes or more for their order. I mobile ordered a drink and food item at 8:08 AM, app said estimated time 8:20 AM, finally received my drink at 8:46 AM-- no one should have to wait 40 minutes for 2 items. I get they're short-staffed, but most people can't wait that long-- I'm lucky my schedule is flexible, but I feel for those folks who have jobs, appts., places to get to and either have to wait and be late or have to forego their purchased item(s) because of a lack of efficiency. I wish I could give more stars here, but I've been to places that are just as busy, just as short-staffed, and somehow manage to get orders out much faster.
Overall, this Starbucks is okay. Fast and the hot coffee order was made correctly.I do not like the idle conversation that the window worker attempts - this can be stopped as far as I am concerned.
Nice location, right off Northland. Small parking. I often park in another lot and walk over.Lack staff. Expect wait in store or drive through. Long line.
Never ever get my order right at this particular location.
Stopped for a few gift cards for gifts and the lady who helped me was so friendly. I was even able to get three cups to add the cards to with candy for the project. Thank you!
Service was ok. Wasn't greeted at register. Had to wait about five minutes before someone greeted and took our order. Name wasn't called out when drink was ready. Had to wait an additional five minutes for glazed donuts.
Love Starbucks but never, ever try to get an order when you see cars in the drive-thru a mile long. I went inside under that situation thinking I would have a small coffee in a relatively short time. Wrong! Oh, they had plenty of workers but ... Anyway, after 15 minutes (I timed the order), I walked out for an appt I had sans small coffee.How come Chick-fil-A's service is efficient and with a smile? At Starbucks, I see customers as just something to process as in an assembly line.

Ussually really busy but great staff always working hard and very friendly. Only giving it 4 as the place needs a bigger drive through not going into the street which sadly not much u can do there. Ussually the drinks are made right only have ever had 1 issue!
