Ive tried this place a few times. I had two dishes, not were not fish, and I wasn’t really a fan. There wasn’t a lot of flavor. So I was a little nervous to try their deep fried haddock. I was NOT disappointed! Everything on the plate was delicious minus one item - I wasnt a fan of the coleslaw, maybe too much vinegar? Regardless, I will be going back for the fish again!!
Wonderful food had the turkey supreme it was awesome my boss had blackened haddock sandwich we both loved our meals service was top notch
It’s a very small place, no alcohol menu which isn’t a big deal but would’ve been nice to have one. Burgers were big and pretty good. Overall an ok place.
Id never been to Scuba’s until this evening. Monday and Tuesday it looks like they have a wing special so I had decided to go with that. Besides waiting for an hour for wings and a wrap I thought the atmosphere was nice.. Until my meal came to my table completely wrong. No problem accidents happen.. but when I had mentioned my order was wrong the server looked at me and said “Well, the server who took your order was Mexican so.. No comprede am I right!?” I COULDN'T BELIEVE SHE HAD JUST SAID THAT!My server spoke very well english, but it was an honest mistake to have given me traditional instead of boneless wings! I wasn’t upset that my meal was incorrect however I was appalled this other server was being so ignorant and racist toward her co worker! I immediately spoke to a manager who had said he would deal with the situation. My entire family is hispanic; I couldn’t believe she used this man’s ethnicity as an excuse to why my order was incorrect. Terrible first experience. I wish I could rate zero stars because they don’t even deserve the one. Disgusting human, I hope that manager actually took care of the situation.
Such great food. My steak sandwich was awesome. Really fast service and good prices.
Arguably the best bar fish fry in the Fox Valley. Get the walleye or perch and sweet potato fries. You won’t regret it. Wash it down with an old fashioned and you’re guaranteed for an awesome Friday night.

Everything fried tastes terrible and hard. Either they have their fryers too hot and the timers too long or they don’t change the oil often enough-ew. I used to love the croquettes a few years ago but now they are actively bad, hard, flavorless. This place has definitely gone downhill. There are literally dozens of other, better restaurants around. The owners of Scubas also own Slackers. All around disappointment. Keep your dollar in the community by supporting any other local restaurant, especially ones with owners who care about their employees, the quality and presentation of their food, and understand the need for a diverse selection of options in the community.

We had a short wait even though we don’t mind one. The prices for the portion sizes seem a little too much especially because the quality seemed low as the food was cold. The beer was amazing.
