Good food, but really bad customer service.
The menu is limited, but no one cares because the chicken teriyaki is amazing, portions plentiful and staff pleasant.
Used to love this place but the quality has gotten atrocious. Smaller portions, higher prices... that goes for most places. But now they seem to get orders wrong all the time too. Ordered two meals, and heard my companion who ordered say TWO but we only got one and while we didn't expect a free meal, we didn't even get an apology. The pair in front of us also had their order done incorrectly. Both times staff were rude and unapologetic about their own mistakes. The food is good, sure, but not good enough to endure all that.
Serving is noticeably smaller but the teriyaki chicken, fried rice and vegetables is still excellent
Not only are the vegetables and rice portion getting smaller, the meat is significantly smaller too. The double meat we got today are equivalent to a single meat portion a year ago. All this while the price is getting higher. They even charge extra for fried rice now where as before it's already included free as part of the meal. Due to the disappointment, we didn't even say thanks as we pick up our trays. This will be our last time supporting them.
The veggies could be done more!

Terriaki chicken is the best! I uber eats and go inside the mall just for this place!
I was an exchange Student and use to go there atleast twice a week. The food is awesome. I really miss that place a lot.
