Fantastic food! We had steak and eggs, egg’s Benedict, and the lemon ricotta pancake, all were delicious and perfectly cooked. Their coffee was so good that we purchased a couple bags of beans to take home. Our waiter was top notch and very helpful with our food and coffee selections.
Last minute decision in the midst of travels. Happy accident in ending up at SAP for brunch. The food was fantastic, beverage options were delicious, and the service was impeccable. Loved the "dessert influence" of our server. Highly recommend.

My husband and I agreed this was the best chicken and waffles we’d ever had! The quality of the food and drinks, the flavors, and the presentation of each item was perfection. SAP has kind, accommodating staff, great recommendations, and a wonderfully warm family environment. We wish we were local so we could come back! Maybe worth another trip from Texas ;)
I have had many Cobb salads at SAP… all excellent except when I tasted the vinaigrette on mine today. It seemed like pure vinegar….white vinegar. Put a damper on my lunch, the wait staff did not come to ask how things were and I let it pass. Next time I will ask for a different dressing .
My friend and I had breakfast here on a Saturday morning. We called ahead and made a reservation - I would suggest this, the restaurant gets super busy. When we arrived, we still had to wait 15 minutes for a table to open up. The restaurant has a bakery you can purchase items from if you wish. A variety of pastries, cakes, macaroons, etc.Our waiter was a young man, super nice and welcoming. I ordered a hot cocoa to start, and my friend ordered an orange juice. I liked the different food options they offered, good variety. I ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict - which contained house smoked salmon, avocado, shaved red onion, dill hollandaise on an English muffin. FINALLY, I ordered a Benedict that the bread wasn't soggy. They toasted it, I believe, and it was perfect. The side potatoes were really delicious too. The only issue I had was the hollandaise sauce was very plain, it was missing a lot of flavor. Also, some of my white on the inside of my poached eggs wasn't fully cooked.My friend ordered the BLTA which was bacon, bibb lettuce, tomato, avocado, RB jack, smoked tomato aioli on white toast. This came with a side option, and she opted for the soup of the day. She said she enjoyed her meal.Overall, I would recommend and go back.
I'm not super impressed by the smoothie bowl for $14 it was more of a plate with a scarcely thin glazing of acai smoothie with a few tiny pieces of chopped fruit, couple seeds & hemp heart granola. The lemon ricotta pancakes are good. The salad was pretty good and the pot pie was good but the peas were hard! The cappuccino was basically room temperature. The coffee also luke warm. The hot tea was hot, go figure. They don't do made to order espresso drinks unless it's listed on their menu. A double shot with a bit of foamed oat milk is not a thing, but a cappuccino is...
Had to wait about an hour to be seated, but holy man was this place worth it. And after you eat here, you'll understand why there is a wait. All ingredients are locally sourced and made fresh in house. Tried and enjoyed the Brioche French Toast and pretty much know what heaven tastes like now. The mimosa was especially delicious and made with freshly squeezed orange juice. The wait staff were super friendly in explaining the menu and making recommdations as a new visitor. Definitely will return to try new stuff on the menu as well as the fresh bakery they had available here as well.

Never disappoints. Take out is efficient. Had the power bowl today. Pretty much the most healthy and delicious thing I’ve ever eaten. Flavor combinations and textures were spot on! Kudos to whoever created this delight!
