Not the best place to get pizza from at the Fox River Mall. At it's best its slightly above mediocre and at its worst, it's 450+ calorie food poisoning in a paper box under a hot lamp. Even worse is that the staff doesn't even want to be there. As someone who has worked in food service, I try to be respectful to these people as I can but it's frustrating! And just recently, I found out that this location fired the employee that was actually happy to help! I will not return to this location again. I wish them the best
It’s a shame the food is so good considering the service is horrible. Not a single person working upfront has any idea about proper customer service.

The past couple times I’ve been here, it has been dirty and disgusting. The workers are unhygienic and there’s no way this place doesn’t have health code violations. They are very slow and the food tastes like chemicals and smells most of the time. If you haven’t gotten sick to the stomach yet of the food, just wait. So much food poisoning from this place. Never eating there again and no one should.
I ordered a combo meal with a salad. I got breadsticks. The counter person got a little huffy when I pointed this out. The salad I received was a day old, the tomatoes were starting to rot and the cucumber chunks appeared to have been frozen at some point. The veggies on the salad really looked more like finger food for dipping. The pizza was fine. There were no straws for the drinks.
Ordered a whole pie. Told me it was 20 to 2t minutes. A customer behind me got her pie before me and many others. I'm still here waiting. It's been 45 minutes
Rocky's pizza is just one of my favorites
I have been to this rocky rococos location multiple times and today was my last. I ordered a lite chicken alfredo and they gave my order away to someone else and messed up 2 other orders. I waited over 20 minutes for a lite pasta.... to say the least the manager was poor quality and when i mentioned how 3 people got their food before me all she did was say ooo what did you get and then had the kitchen make my food that was ready with 3 minutes. If you go here i suggest you keep walking.
To start off, I am very disappointed in the lady that took my order. She is chubby and has a very mean voice of tone. She has blonde hair and is very mean. As a customer I should feel welcomed and I didn’t. If you guys take a look in the photo I didn’t even get a straw for my drink. She told me that the pasta machine is broken and they don’t have a salad. She also didn’t have a mask on which puts all of us at risk. Overall she is just very rude to all the customers.
When I went there everything was slow. And when I got the food the pasta was runny and had no taste and the marinara sauce tasted like cardboard. Later on when I was walking around the mall I started to feel nauseous and ran to the bathroom and threw up. Later on I found I got food poisoning from the food. My face turned pale . Also the bread sticks weren’t fully cooked. My friends chicken from her chicken Alfredo was pink
