best service I've had any where!!
ordered take out. they took order. charged card. arrived before they closed and doors locked. we weren't the only ones. card still charged and restaurant DARK BEFORE closing time. don't accept a take out order then lock up for the night before your scheduled hours
food and service was good. But big red flag..this locations cleanliness is a negative 10! the bathrooms smelled like sewer amd absolutely filthy. dining room is gross and dusty. A deep clean is highly recommended, I can guarantee you would not pass an inspection right now. yuck.
Food always good and great options for gluten-free and vegan diners. Disappointed the salmon burger and the dreamsicle drink aren't available any longer as those were big favorites. Meal was very good.
The Food at Red Robin looks exactly like the pictures on their walls... perfect and taste delicious! they offer great customer service and fast delivery... thank you so much!!...you also have the best chocolate malts on the planet!
Got to the restaurant at about 6:50, and left the parking lot after dinner around 7:30. Absolutely amazing service, especially by our waitress Nancy. Having many other tables to take care of, Nancy was efficient and displayed awesome customer service. Drinks and food were out extremely fast, and our beverages were refilled before we could even ask. Best experience I’ve had here, and any restaurant in todays world.
Staff was friendly, food tasted good, however the layout of the entree on the plate looks a little dysfunctional.I suppose anybody can have a bad day but having the egg in the middle of the burger and enough fries to surround the burger would have made the entree more visibly appealing.Overall I will continue to go there I've been there several times and never really disappointed.If you're looking for a sweet treat their desserts are something to be checked out!
Just disappointing. We came here for my Birthday. Right away we where disappointed the seater/host was grubby looking with baggy untucked shirt and just didn’t look well kept. I called 5 min before we arrived to ask about a wait we where told no wait. We got there and where told about 10-15 min we waited about 10 min, before a couple with a baby where seated immediately after coming in, even though we where in the wait list and the seater said oh sorry I forgot about you. We where seated and we ordered our food. Our server was very quiet and didn’t pay much attention (I get places are under staffed) to us. After we got our food she never asked us if everything was good. She only came over once to see if we needed anything else, that was after our burgers where gone. we got one more order of “bottomless fries”. Till our server made us feel that we had to go. The burgers are ok but thin Pattie’s just not a good as they used to be. I don’t think we go back again. Just disappointing service and burgers just are not that good anymore, also overpriced.
I ordered online for curbside pickup. This location has stopped offering curbside pickup; the employee said their signs kept blowing over. One star for not bothering to either a) go to the nearby Home Depot to buy a bucket and sand for their signage or b) updating their website. I can’t be the only frustrated customer who drove in circles around the building looking for the curbside pickup parking.
