Food was good but the rice to protein ratio continues to lean towards the rice side of the equation. Not to mention prices are getting too high for fast food / barely got enough chips for nachos and they were going to charge us for more.4/11 Update: The team and Qdoba listen to my feedback and engaged me for additional information. I was very impressed on how they handled my feedback and worked to resolve my concerns!
Went to order dinner and when got to counter the two woman who were making food. No hairnets and hair long and everywhere seemed a bit frustrated with me when I chose the male that was working to make our food as he had a hat on. Not sure why the are making food with no hairnets on amd allowing it to hang over other people's orders
Gave me nothing I ordered and everything was cold. Very disappointing ?
Young lady, long red hair in ponytail was frustrated and rude. Put it on me while I was checking out. Made me very uncomfortable. Please take a few minutes with this lady and see if there are any resources the company offers, personal or business wise that may help her not have to feel and act that way in the work place. I think with a little help she can be great.

Food is the category of any Qdoba. Customer service is poor. Dont go here on your lunch break because they make you wait as much as 10 mins while they do online orders. Happened to me twice in the last month.
Every time I am there it's a staff member just standing around. Last time I stood in line for 10 minutes as employees just stared at me. Once I said something I got attitude then I was checking out I was being insulted in Spanish. This isn't an isolated event but repeated problems.
worst experience i just had here. bad customer service, and they just basically threw your toppings into a bowl very carelessly. the topping station was very messy, with food all over. they were out of certain sauces and didn’t even bother to look for any. there was also a huge pile of water leaking from the ceiling that wasn’t cleaned up.
Tried to order food the line staff was very rude and asked for a new bowl as I cannot have corn that was sloppily thrown into my bowl they apparently didn’t have enough to make another bowl I was told yet there was a line full of people. Not to mention how filthy their line was. Will never return to this location.
Lady that charged me for my food today was rude. 9/15/21 @ about 12:15. So was the manager who had no reason to talk to me. Without leaving a big long story. I'm just going to say never again. Get outta here. Place use to be great and what happened to the Mexican Gumbo for real. If other Qdoba's don't have it, I'm done.
