The last 2 times we went there wasn’t much of a buffet. Barely any food. What’s brought out is gone in seconds. Staff seems annoyed about anything when asked if more would be coming out. Definitely not worth the $14 adult price when I get a few little scoops of mashed potatoes and a piece of chicken at best. We will find somewhere else to dine.
By far the worst pizza ranch I have ever eaten. Went in at 4:45 so it was during a busy time. When I arrived they had two derided out breast in the chicken buffet. I asked if they were refilling it a girl checked and said one min. When I went up to get chicken all they brought was about 10 pieces all dark meat. There wasn’t any corn that you put on the spoon to dish out. And the only desert they had was soft serve ice cream.
Always great food. Staff works very hard to ensure everyone has a great meal and good experience.
This place was terrible. The pizza was sub par at best. The employee did give me a set of glove when I asked for them after seeing a person wipe their nose and immediately grab the food handles. The availability of food was not good, As soon as new stuff was brought out the buffet for swarmed. If you weren't paying attention or couldn't see the buffet form your table you'd miss out on freshness.
They wouldn't allow more than 2 requests. All the food was old and sat long. It was gross, which is why we wanted to order 3 kinds we like but they refused to do so. I have been to several that are more accommodating.
Other than the food shortage signs and you still pay the same price fir tge buffet. Missing dressing. Brown salad. Missing cottage cheese. Eggs are mush. Have to wait for chicken. I used to love this place lately it has been failing. I hope it gets better for service because when they had it going it was great. Hot food. Silverware in every container.
Love Pizza ranch!! Great customer service & the food is delicious the chicken is my favorite! The buffet is a great value for the price you get all you can eat, a beverage and dessert for the same price that you pay at most fast food restaurants for a small meal.
Went to this pizza ranch at about 4:30. All the food was cold and you could tell it wasn’t fresh. Very disappointed. I have been to other pizza ranches but never one this bad.
I brought my kids there for my sons birthday today and they kept running out of pizza. Everyone was sitting at there table waiting while the manager was just standing there against the wall. A worker even walked over and asked him if he ordered alot of pizzas because people are waiting. Worst pizza ranch I've been to
I dont understand how either of the locations are still running. Everyone working looks stressed out of their minds and running around like chickens with their heads cut off.
