Absolutely the poorest customer experience you could ask for, apparently waiting for over 3hours to get a mediocre pizza is business as usual I couldn't believe it when I checked the tracker after an hour it read between 118 to 128 minutes expected delivery time. I had to call in in disbelief but no .After navigating the phone tree 8minutes I made human contact ? She in turn passed me off to what I'm assuming was the pot head in charge who immediately began to tell me his problems "unbelievable " then ask why I'm calling. This bit of amazement allowed me to confirm that if I wanted my pizza it would indeed be another 2 hour wait mind you this a Monday and I ordered at about 4 I'm guessing from the service it must have been post 420. I canceled the order I a colorful manner and moved on I imagine the pizza would have been as terrible as the service. I WOULD NEVER GIVE PIZZA HUT ANOTHER MINUTE OF MY TIME OR NICKEL OF MY MONEY.
Gave up trying to get a pie from this place. Thank goodness I didn't pay in advance. 40 minute wait time for a medium pizza? And then they don't even show up after that amount of time. Waste of time. Phone call was terrible and had to explain address like 3 times
Walked in to order and it surprisingly wasn't busy. Ordered boneless wings, a personal pan for the kiddo and some Quepapas. Service was great, only a ten minute wait. Jesse was very polite and friendly. The only pitfall was sticky wing sauce got all over as the container wasn't fully sealed but overall the food was fresh.
We ordered online. Then was told it would be two hour wait. I live near by so I wanted to call to ask if it would be an earlier option if I came to get the pizza. I waited for 42 mins on the phone and no one ever answered. And that was after the first hour I was already waiting. Maybe they are understaffed there but I was not aware. So I have no desire to use this Pizza Hut as an option again and I rather go get a frozen pizza or use another Pizza joint next time. Offer more money to employees if that will get more people to work your establishment. This was my first time using this restaurant. No desire to use again anytime soon.
One of the pizzas we ordered was a thin and crispy cheese pizza. The crust was thinner than a hand-tossed, but not thin enough to be thin and crispy. It also was not at all crispy. It was bendy and soft.. It was a big disappointment from a restaurant that we have normally never had any issues.
I had a big order that was ready within 20 minutes after I placed the order. Everything I received was accurate and cooked perfectly. Everyone loved the pizzas, chicken Alfredo, & wings. I will definitely order again from this location.
I orded my pizza and wings at 4:15pm. It said online that a driver was available at 5pm. I picked 5:30 for my delivery time. It is now 6:15pm and do not have the order yet. Still waiting. I got an email saying my food was out for delivery at 5:30pm. It has been 45 minutes and still waiting. A phone call from a worker would of been nice to communicate the slowness. I really hope I do not have to pay for food that is 2 hours late from me ordering.
Our thin crust pizza was overcooked and burned on the edges. I ordered lemon pepper fries and received regular fries. The sauce for the breadsticks along with the extra sauce I ordered for them were missing. I contacted the store and they sent over correct fries and the 2 sauces right away.
Tried to call the store because my redemption code wouldn’t work that THEY emailed me… waited on hold for 10 minutes, then someone finally answered from overseas… apparently that is Pizza Huts new answering service. The girl couldn’t understand me, then told me I was outside of the stores delivery range (which I am not I have ordered from the same Pizza Hut 50 times) then I told her I was not and she said my wait time was 3 hours until expected delivery….. then I asked to be transferred to the actual store and I am STILL on hold. 20 minutes on the phone now. Just to try to talk to the store 5 minutes away from me. Ridiculous this is something handled overseas.
Ordered breadsticks and was delivered as a loaf of bread vs separate sticks. Needed to cut the bread myself. Delivery however was fast and the driver was very cordial.
